“Beautiful pristine one story home in Seacrest…exactly like pictures and online description. Was perfect for our family since we were traveling with an infant and no one had to climb up and down stairs with the baby. Love the convenience of the tram to pool and beach. We had issues with the WiFi and Stay on 30a was incredibly responsive (even though after hours) and had a tech come out quickly to repair. They work closely with local vendors which made a baby crib rental and grocery delivery seamless. I also appreciate that they don’t expect you to do all the cleaning and laundry when you leave. I hate paying cleaning fees and then being asked to do it myself! I would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting 30a!”

“Palmetto Place was the perfect spot to stay for our little beach getaway! It was close to local restaurants, shops, and beach access was very walkable. One of our favorite parts about this stay was the complimentary bikes for use. We loved riding around morning and night! This condo also has complimentary beach chairs and umbrella for use, which was super nice not to have to pack our own. The host was very proactive in giving instructions and information, as well as friendly and kind. We would recommend this stay to anyone looking to enjoy 30A! We can’t wait to come back!”
