Stay On 30a in Watersound, Florida

“House was awesome, host was responsive, everything was exactly as described in the listing. Prominence was perfect for easy access to Deer Lake State Park which is by far the least crowded beach, and the pool was great for cooling off in the afternoon. Only downside was the community gym is no longer which we were bummed about. Everything else was perfect!”

“Our family had a fantastic time at this place! The home was beautiful, the golf cart and bikes were a great addition to the stay! Our kids loved the bunk beds. Beach access can be a little tricky, deer lake is the closest access by bike, car, or golf cart, but we personally loved taking the golf cart down to the Santa Clara beach access, grabbing ice cream from pecan jacks on the way! The host was super responsive, and the home was very clean. We enjoyed ourselves so much we added an extra night! Good Pedals took care of the bikes for us, we added a wagon to carry the kids. They dropped it off at the house and set everything up! It was great! We had just 4 of us, but this place/ community is great for small families or big groups! One thing to note, all the bedrooms are upstairs, so if you have someone who has trouble with stairs you might keep looking. Otherwise we loved it! Don’t forget to take some time to run down to seaside too! We would definitely stay here again.”

“Could not be any happier with our recent stay. It is exactly as advertised which seems to be a rarity these days. This is the perfect vacation getaway for a small family. Deer Lake State Park Beach was the most beautiful beach and very relaxing due to less traffic on the beach. The walk from the parking lot to the beach is a hike (especially with beach toys etc.) but I feel the reward is definitely worth it. The golf cart to travel to and from the beach/other local attractions was a nice luxury. The host is extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The first place we have ever stayed that we can confidently say we will be back. The Old Florida Fish House is an absolute must for dinner. 10/10 would recommend to stay here. Very much looking forward to our next visit!”
