“We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect—close to everything while still feeling relaxing and peaceful. The bikes were such a great bonus and made it easy to explore the area. We spent a lot of time riding around and loved being so close to Seaside and all the nearby shops and restaurants. One thing that really stood out was the air conditioning. Usually when we stay at the beach, it feels like the AC struggles to keep up with the heat and humidity, but that was definitely not the case here. We stayed cool and comfortable the entire trip, which made a huge difference after long days in the sun. The hosts were also fantastic. They were incredibly quick to respond whenever we had a question—usually within 30 minutes or less—which made the entire stay smooth and stress-free. The home was exactly what we needed for our beach vacation, and everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Next time we’ll definitely rent a golf cart since everything is so close an”

The house is amazing, very well equipped, spotless, and everything feels brand new. Loved having the bikes so we could access Seaside. Only a short drive to Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and The Big Chill. We love the 30A area and would definitely stay here again!”
