Stay On 30a in Seacrest, Florida

“We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The location was excellent just a short walk to the ocean with access to a private beach. The house was well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The hosts were very friendly, responsive, and always quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay here again in the future.”

“We enjoyed our Stay on 30a stay at Resting Beach Place. The most important criteria for me at a home away from home is fresh clean linens, and Resting Beach Place does not disappoint. All bedsheets and towels smell so fresh and clean. The place was spotless and had tasteful furniture and decor - items that I would put in my home. Our party of 5 adults and 3 kids had plenty of room. My only suggestion would be to provide a cookie sheet to bake cookies. We did not need to cook, but we baked cookies, and there was only an 8x8 baking pan. I just baked in 3 batches so was not really a problem, but having a cookie sheet pan would have been more convenient. Plenty of dishes and utensils along with other kitchen items. Easy walk to the beach (although the beach does get crowded). Eight beach towels were provided, which was nice. Host was very responsive and communicated throughout the visit. We had a great time. “We had an absolutely amazing stay and can't say enough good things about this listing!! The hosts themselves are very welcoming, quick to respond, and very informative. The home was perfect in multiple ways. So clean, organized, and stocked with the necessities. The location was amazing being a 5 minute walk to the beach/pool as well as walking/biking distance to so many great restaurants and shops. Even though the area and surrounding towns were extremely clean/quiet/safe, the gated neighborhood gave us the extra security blanket to feel even more at home. We will most certainly be returning!”

“We absolutely loved this beautiful home. It was 5 minutes from a private beach access and was a quick walk to restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops. Home owner was so helpful prior to our arrival (and throughout our stay) setting us up for a lovely vacation and was always quick to respond if we had questions. The home had everything we needed and we felt at home the moment we arrived. I highly recommend this home if you are looking for an amazing beach vacation and 5 star experience.”
