“The location of the Shop House was central but still quiet. The property was perfectly manicured. The tram to the beach was conveniently located across the street from our building for easy access. When we arrived the tv would not let us log in. Someone was immediately sent to fix the issue which they did within minutes. Everyone we dealt with was professional, kind and helpful. I highly recommend this property and the property rental agency.”

“What a great house, helpful and responsive host, and just all-around chill and relaxing experience. The house was clean, charming, and had everything we needed to relax for our daughter’s family/ senior trip. Value for the price is built into this home. The pool was pristine, backyard was livable, kitchen had everything needed to cook healthy meals, and we felt right at home immediately. It was super easy to hop on the bikes and ride down to the number 6 entrance to the beach. The bike rack at the beach was just perfect. The golf cart was perfect for taking over to Seaside for a quick adventure. Our son did dual-enrollment schoolwork in the third en-suite bedroom and even had multiple places to read…including the pool. Lol Would love to come back.”
