“This home is subpar and dirty. There was debris, hairs, and dust all over. A good number of the bedding was stained and clearly not changed before our arrival. The furniture was dirty, ripped, and simply uncomfortable. We brought up the soiled sheets to management and all they did was drop off 2 sheets (they did not change the bedding.) Everything was very old and worn. Lightbulbs were missing, shades were broken, the master bathroom had a rusted shower rod, walls and doors were filthy. We woke up to bugs. There was a spindle missing on the 2nd floor balcony, with exposed rusted nails. This was a major safety issue, especially for young children who easily could fall through the rail. We spent as little time as possible there and left early. We came home and deep cleaned everything. A word of advice; do not rent any property managed by Sea Star Reality and if you do and have problems, file complaint to Airbnb ASAP. No value is placed on guest's satisfaction.”

“I was very unsatisfied of the condition on furniture and beds . I had to buy air mattress just for my grandkids to sleep on . Sofa bed was disgusting. I wouldn’t even let my dog sleep on it. Someone lied about house keeping . They came and there was nothing they could do for us , all they said to us the furniture needed to thrown out. But they said we refused their services.”

“Beautiful home in a great location. Spacious with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Layout and location of home is 10/10! Unfortunately maintenance issues led to a less than desirable experience. Two major appliance issues (broken freezer and dryer) took the full week to be remedied and working.”

“The only real issue we had was the pool you should have it cleaned at least once during the week it got real dirty looking by the middle of the week”

“Nice location. Large pool. Well appointed kitchen. Lots of room for family. Outdoor space and furnishings nice. Very nice linen package. All beds were very uncomfortable. Furniture and living room rug need to be replaced.”

“Between the parking issues, broken lockbox, and broken air conditioner we had a terrible stay. We contact the management company and they were little help. The AC needed to be replaced and this forced us to repack and relocate after one night. We were still charged $400 for night we spent without AC. Had we been told the first night that a replacement was needed we would have vacated the same night. It feels intentional to charge us and we lost two days of our vacation in the process. This place needs work and the management company needs replaced… along with the AC.”

“This condo was spacious and steps to the beach. We rarely got in our cars and it truly was a vacation. We would highly recommend this condo. Very inviting and comfortable!”

“Place was very clean & just like the photos! However, our only problem was that they did not resolve our issue with someone parking in our reserved parking spot. We had to resolve that on our own after calling and texting them more than once. Pool could’ve been cleaner but other than that the space was beautiful & spacious.”

“The condo was absolutely beautiful with amazing views. We loved how you could walk out to the beach at anytime and it is a good place for families. There are numerous ways to contact property if needing assistance- only con is the response & answer to that question can be the next day. Only recommendation for building would be just giving the families a “heads up” when maintenance needs to stop by to look at stuff, to add to the families privacy. Otherwise this condo was absolutely amazing, we love being so close to the beach and the Conch Cafe (we highly recommend).”
