“Great house. Quiet, even when surrounded by people. Super close to the beach and directly across the street from public access entry point. About a mile from the pier, highly recommend walking down the beach to breakfast and then back to the house.”

“Between the parking issues, broken lockbox, and broken air conditioner we had a terrible stay. We contact the management company and they were little help. The AC needed to be replaced and this forced us to repack and relocate after one night. We were still charged $400 for night we spent without AC. Had we been told the first night that a replacement was needed we would have vacated the same night. It feels intentional to charge us and we lost two days of our vacation in the process. This place needs work and the management company needs replaced… along with the AC.”

“This condo was spacious and steps to the beach. We rarely got in our cars and it truly was a vacation. We would highly recommend this condo. Very inviting and comfortable!”

“Place was very clean & just like the photos! However, our only problem was that they did not resolve our issue with someone parking in our reserved parking spot. We had to resolve that on our own after calling and texting them more than once. Pool could’ve been cleaner but other than that the space was beautiful & spacious.”

“The condo was absolutely beautiful with amazing views. We loved how you could walk out to the beach at anytime and it is a good place for families. There are numerous ways to contact property if needing assistance- only con is the response & answer to that question can be the next day. Only recommendation for building would be just giving the families a “heads up” when maintenance needs to stop by to look at stuff, to add to the families privacy. Otherwise this condo was absolutely amazing, we love being so close to the beach and the Conch Cafe (we highly recommend).”

“We had a really enjoyable stay overall. The condo was very clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed for our trip. The views were beautiful, beach access was excellent, and check-in was seamless with clear instructions. We did have a couple of issues during our stay. The listing advertised Wi-Fi, but there wasn’t any available—the network wasn’t broadcasting at all. We reached out but weren’t able to get it resolved. We also had an issue with one of the showers when the hot water knob came completely off, making that shower unusable. We were told someone would come out, but it wasn’t addressed during our stay. That said, after our visit the management company provided a credit, which we appreciated and felt was a fair resolution. Overall, this is a lovely place in a great location and with a little more attention to maintenance and support, it would be an even better experience.”
