“Between the parking issues, broken lockbox, and broken air conditioner we had a terrible stay. We contact the management company and they were little help. The AC needed to be replaced and this forced us to repack and relocate after one night. We were still charged $400 for night we spent without AC. Had we been told the first night that a replacement was needed we would have vacated the same night. It feels intentional to charge us and we lost two days of our vacation in the process. This place needs work and the management company needs replaced… along with the AC.”

“The location and beach were beautiful. The property needs some new furniture, couch had wire sticking out on the floor which kept poking our feet, pool was yellow/green and not fixed until Thursday of our stay, dishwasher door doesn’t close, refrigerator water dispenser spilled water on floor, and there were ants and a cockroach in the downstairs bedroom. This property is not worth 6000.00 in off season. Very limited deck space one round high top table and four chairs for entire home.Will not rent from Sea Star Realty again. Staff were rude and took a long time to answer questions/problems, if they answered at all.”

“The beachfront location is perfect! We had a great family vacation! Honest review : The rooms are very small, but it does fit a lot of people in the house. Temperature holds if you leave the doors of the rooms open. It is definitely dated. There is a lack in supplies. No frills for sure. We all got 1 towel per person and had to share a washcloth per couple. We had one dishcloth and no pot holders. Pack extra supplies. All and all a great week and beautiful scenery!”
