“House was great and check in was easy!”

“This place was perfect for large group wanting their own beds. We had 8 guys on a golf trip everyone had their own bed. Home had a great hang out backyard after a round of golf. Home is about 10 minute drive to a lot of the best courses in the area. Large house with lots of hang out space. Will be looking for this spot again for our next visit.”

“The house was exactly as pictured. It was clean and comfortable. The location was great for bike riding to the beach. We enjoyed the hot tub at night since our stay was chilly.”

“This home has the ideal location and layout. The pool is terrific and the elevator really helps. We rented at the last minute. The patio and outside areas were not cleaned. Cups, cans and trash left around. Inside was clean. One of the ovens did not work. This home was first rate when it was built. Needs some TLC to bring it back. But with the location and layout for two families we would rent again. Also it was not overpriced.”

“The location for this rental is wonderful. Great bike paths, private neighborhood and short walk to beach access. The pictures are very deceiving though. The primary bedroom is the only “large” room. The other two bedrooms do not even have a closet they are so small. My suitcase took up the entire floor space when opened so it was incredibly cramped. We had to maneuver to close the bathroom door and get into shower. The house also advertises a hot tub but it is a $250 additional fee. Once we got the rental company to come and turn it on Monday (arrived Saturday) they do not prorate price as it’s a flat fee. Then as the company was there to turn it on they called to say it is on a set timer and can only be used from 8-11pm. We learned the next day the design of the hot tub spills into the pool so it heats the entire pool. It’s a bizarre design. I think if the listing could be updated with pricing and actual amenities it would be appreciated by future renters.”
