“The location is great but I think it is definitely overpriced. The house was cluttered with so much stuff it was hard to walk at times. Almost all the outlets were broken but one worked in the double bed room. Random stuff was shoved under the beds and closets. The back fence was patched with a dog kennel that was taken apart. Random stuff all in the yard most broken stuff. I think for the price it needs to be cleaned up a lot. We did make the best out of the pool and I will say it’s one of the biggest pools and yards on the block which was perfect for our family. I’m disappointed the photos did not match the current condition of the home.”

“The location is perfect. Upon arrival check in was smooth. Once we entered the property we noticed a smell which is sometimes typical for beach houses however this was more of a mothball smell. I was shocked to find dishes that had been put up dirty, spills in both refrigerators that had not been cleaned up and appeared to have been there for a while, cobwebs hanging all over the chandelier over the kitchen table, carpets stained, bathrooms dirty from previous guest accessories, sheets that did not fit the bed (full size fitted sheet on king size bed), wasp nest with wasp around exterior doors, vents for portable ac's in the bedroom broken off and hanging outside, poolside chairs so worn and broken they were not usable, the grill not covered or cleaned and rusted the bottom had fallen out. The photo album in the living room I assume the property owner left to show how the property came along with negatives that are x-rated that were discovered by my pre-teen.”

“The condo was clean and conveniently located next to the Pier and walkable to diners and amazing ice cream! It was nice getting to know our neighbors that was staying there at the same time. We loved sitting on the patio and looking at the ocean! There are a few things that we felt like we wish we had known ahead of time for the listing. First being the layout of the condo. This condo is not handicap friendly. It is a third floor condo with no elevator. The master suite is also located up an additional spiral staircase and has no door. There is a curtain that provides privacy but no sound barrier. Also, in the description, it says free parking, but didn’t mention there is only one parking place included with this rental. We found parking to be very difficult as many of the parking places in the public parking stayed filled up and while it was maybe 3/4 of a block- in the rain with groceries that was nothing to sneeze at so plan accordingly. All in all it was a nice condo!”

“We had a great stay! The house was in a convenient location and just a short walk to the beach. It had what we needed for our trip, and we especially enjoyed the pool. Overall, it was a comfortable place to stay and we’d be happy to return.”
