“Was not informed fridge has to wait 16 hours in between stays to get cold, bought groceries not knowing. Also got there & washer wasn’t working so had to pay to use the hotels. The place was in a good area. Beach access. Kids loved pool. Didn’t like the kiddie area was down & no access to beach using wagons so had to use stairs which was a pain. Our trip was cut short due to the hurricane so unfortunate.”

“Once Nancy finally got us moved we had a pretty good vacation. We were told when we first made the complaint someone would come clean and spray to go have a drink. So we went to dinner and came back and still nothing. Finally around 10 someone came and sprayed. Woke up the next morning to more bugs. There was no rush to resolving our problems.”

“I would suggest somewhere else, especially for the price. The garage was full of trash from previous guest, which we took it all out... (your welcome). The home had several maintenance issues, including the doors on the other side of the pool are not secured in the door frame so they just are always cracked and are very hard to lock, the fridge leaks water on the floor. We also had some small cockroaches crawling across the floors. Very very little supplies was provide for a large group and house. limited toilet paper and paper towels, 1 dish soap. With 7 girls for 4 days that also used the kitchen. It was very inconvenient to have to go buy supplies. The tiny pool that is there had old floats and nets left around. This realjoy vaca place will constantly call and text you the whole time, which was personally very annoying to me. I have stayed in many airbnbs this is the worst experience I have had! The only plus side!! the beds were comfy and clean!”

“To start, the unit needs a serious deep clean/power wash. We had to clean the bathrooms and all the surfaces due to hair being found on the toilets and blankets. We had to go buy blankets due to not feeling clean. we had to unclog the vacuum to clean up sand on the carpet, there’s no way whomever cleans the property is able to fully vacuum the dirt up if that’s what they were using. The couches have so much dirt and grime on them they are brown not blue from all the traffic through the unit. Lastly, we lost count at 20 bites, Im assuming are bed bugs from sleeping in this unit so we are having a wonderful time making sure none traveled with us. All in all I would NOT rent from this unit or the company’s other properties. The only plus was the location to the beach and Pineapple Willy’s and Walmart. Also, elevators are a nightmare.”

“I don’t recomend using the dryer since the lint trap is broken with sharp edges and it will ruin all your nice things 😭 reached out multiple times and was never reimbursed! Can’t reach the plates, no salt or any spices or anything to spray pans with or even oil. Kids bed is unsafe, bolt is coming out and wood has cracks. The WiFi sign in the room was misleading as there were multiple WiFi titles with our room number.”

“Check in and out were easy and host was responsive. Furniture poor quality and condo felt cold and empty. Decor was cheap. Place needs sprucing up and deep cleaned. Bed and pillows were awfully uncomfortable so it was difficult to sleep. View was beautiful and easy access to restaurants and shopping.”

“I’m typically not someone who complains and don’t expect perfection from a weekly vacation rental but this condo did not meet even my minimum expectations for cleanliness or maintenance, and I would not recommend staying here. At checkin the bathrooms were so dirty that we immediately went to Walmart for cleaning supplies, gloves, and Magic Erasers. The showers, sinks, toilets, and bedroom drawers all needed cleaning before we could comfortably use them. The master shower was also clogged with a significant amount of hair from previous guests. Maintenance was contacted, but it took four days for someone to address it. The kitchen sink repeatedly backed up with cloudy, dirty water and food particles, and we found a cockroach inside the dishwasher. Furniture was visibly stained throughout including the living room pillows and the ottoman was broken and sagging. The location is convenient, but unfortunately it cannot make up for the poor cleanliness and maintenance.”

“The room had excessive war and was not thoroughly clean to my standards or what you charge”

“The condo itself is beautiful and the location couldn’t be more perfect. The problem we had was our balcony was inaccessible our entire stay. There were worker men on the balcony every day caulking, power washing, painting etc. Before our trip we were asked to take the balcony furniture inside for ONE day of balcony pressure washing. This was completely inaccurate. We had to take the furniture inside which took up room and was completely inconvenient and had no access to using the balcony. This is a huge bummer when you are paying to enjoy the ocean view. We did get a partial refund but honestly we wouldn’t have booked had we known this was the case. Beware of any “construction” warning and ask for full details and document before booking. Nobody wants a gorgeous 10th floor ocean view from the window only when you have a balcony. Very disappointing.”

“We stayed in this unit for 4 nights. The plus was the price & the location to the beach. Other than that, it was lacking. The place was not clean! Mold in shower, floors were dirty. The rugs in the whole place were filthy— my suggestion would be to just remove them all together! We used the golf cart, but the battery was very quick to run out— so do not plan driving further than 15-20mins before it needs charged. The keypad to the front door quit working a couple days into our trip, they were quick to respond and get fixed— but did not wait until I was there for them to fix after i specifically told them i did not want them to enter without us being there!! The walk to the beach was just across the road and a very private beach area. There is a slight hill you have to walk up and down to get to the beach. We would definitely stay in this area again, just not this particular condo.”
