“Expectations were let down. There is construction “going on” however, it looks like the work is being abandoned and has been for some time. The photos make the place look better than it is. It has the old musty smell. We stood up to our ankles in each others bath water the whole trip due to insufficient plumbing. The water was turned off for one of the bathroom sinks so it was not usable until we did our own discovery. And lastly, the very large and old AC unit on the balcony is conveniently left out of photos. We would not stay here again. The only upside was the convenience to restaurants nearby.”

“425-A- Awful - dirty tables. Food stocked under glass overlays. No hot water in one bath. Wrist bands didn’t work and we kept getting locked out of the pool and building. Horrible communication with issues - would lie and say someone was o ln their way to fix the issue and then say they will deal with it when our stay is over. We ended up leaving after 2 nights and moving to a different host”

“I liked: the location, the house was clean, beautiful house. Disliked: 1- the Pool is 10 minutes away from the house, and you must bike or walk, as there is no parking; Basically the only parking available is in your home. 2. $ask, Pet fee is Not visible. 3. House doors have no curtains, is glass felt weird at night. 2-no dog friendly beach and dog friendly places anywhere nearby. 3- private beach access does not mean they own the beach, only pass by and walk towards public beach , (you are better off driving to the public beach, if you find parking, most people move around in bikes) the moment I touched the sand a guy welcomed me by saying that I either purchased their umbrella services, so I could use the private beach, or move along to the public beach because I was already“trespassing” . I refused to buy his beach chair service and he called code compliance to remove me, “kind of a humiliating experience.”

“The master bedroom bed was broken, which caused the mattress to sink significantly and made it very uncomfortable to sleep. Sleep quality was one of my top priorities for this stay, so this was a major issue. I contacted the host the morning after my first night and did not receive a response during my stay. Later that day, I discovered the bed frame appeared to be rigged and was in a broken condition, which I documented with photos and shared with the host. I did not receive a response until after checkout. I requested a partial refund due to the condition of the accommodation and lack of timely communication, but the request was declined.”

“They half clean the rooms trash was left under the beds items you need wasn’t wash it had stains or smell like pee very unsatisfying”

“Overall, the home looked nice in photos and had enough space for our group, but our experience was disappointing. We paid a significant amount for this stay, including a cleaning fee, yet the property was not properly stocked with basic necessities. There was only one trash bag provided downstairs for a large group, limited toilet tissue, and insufficient dish soap/dishwasher supplies, so we had to spend additional money buying our own supplies during the trip. The upstairs air conditioning also did not work properly, which made staying upstairs uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the outside trash bins were already full when we arrived, making it difficult to dispose of trash before checkout. After doing our best to clean the property and remove trash, we were later sent an additional cleaning charge request that we did not feel was justified. The photos shared made the situation appear far worse than it actually was. I would recommend future guests clarify exactly what supplies”

“Don’t waste your money here. It is not worth the money and I don’t feel like they are taking responsibility for the state of the place. It was unsafe and too nasty for my grandbaby to stay in.”

“The overall cleanliness of this Airbnb was very disappointing. The kitchen was dirty, with food residue on the utensils, many of which were rusty and broken. There was also trash and leftover food inside the drawers, which made the space feel neglected and unhygienic. The bathroom was in equally poor condition. There was visible mold in the bathtub, and the shower curtain was extremely dirty and had a strong urine odor. I contacted RealJoy about these issues and even sent photos documenting everything. Although they responded, their replies were always delayed and only expressed “intentions” to resolve the problems without actually following through. By the time they attempted to reach out again, I was no longer available. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, especially in terms of cleanliness, and it did not meet basic expectations.”

“The place is fine, but the information provided in the reservation details is incomplete. There is an extra charge for electric vehicle charging; the pool heater never worked; and although the listing states that pets are accepted, they subsequently charge an additional $250 per pet—a fee that is never disclosed in the reservation details. Furthermore, the mattresses are uncomfortable. No good”

“After driving 12 hours to bugs cockroaches on the curtains and an ammonia smell I do not recommend.”
