“We had a terrific stay! The house was steps from beach access, and a short bike ride to Rosemary. The hosts called to check on our group during our stay and responded within minutes to any questions we had.”

“We’ve stayed in the Rosemary Beach and Inlet Beach area for 8+ years. This is our first time going with just us and our four kids without the extended family. We wanted somewhere that was close to the beach and Churchill Dunes was perfect for us. Both the public beach access and private beach access are less than a 2 minute walk. The house had chairs, umbrella, beach toys, bikes and the view from the balcony was amazing. We had an AC issue one night and our host was very responsive and worked fast to get it fixed for us. We loved our time here!”

“There were some issues to start our trip, the unit we booked had its hvac replaced the day we arrived and it seemed to not be functioning well. We were moved to another unit that had working AC and the next day we were asked to move back to the old unit (huge inconvenience of 12 hours plus). Ultimately, they let us stay in the 2nd unit so we didn’t have to move again. Also, the owner of the first unit just walked right into the townhome while we were there on the first day with no warning or communication? She claimed she didn’t know we were going to be there on that date. So it was a hectic start. I basically lost an entire day of vacation dealing with it that I paid in full for. Outside of all that, the area is nice and price is good, as long as you don’t having any issues like we did.”

“I live the cleanliness of this place as a whole and it’s a whole vibe. Perfect getaway for my family yearly trip and glad that we chose this stay. The host were so nice and friendly to us and had quick responses. 10/10 definitely recommend”
