“Expectations were let down. There is construction “going on” however, it looks like the work is being abandoned and has been for some time. The photos make the place look better than it is. It has the old musty smell. We stood up to our ankles in each others bath water the whole trip due to insufficient plumbing. The water was turned off for one of the bathroom sinks so it was not usable until we did our own discovery. And lastly, the very large and old AC unit on the balcony is conveniently left out of photos. We would not stay here again. The only upside was the convenience to restaurants nearby.”

“Great location! Place was clean. Beach was just a short walk. Pools were pools super clean. We felt right at home.”

“My family had a fantastic week-long stay at this listing and were incredibly pleased with our experience. We enjoyed the house and particularly enjoyed the easy beach access! This area of Destin is busy, but not nearly as chaotic as some of the other areas. Mid-week the dishwasher stopped working and RealJoy had a technician out within a few hours to fix it. They were responsive and helpful with any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this rental, but especially if you’re looking for a more relaxed Destin experience!”

“Condo was just as described, however all the appliances were very loud the refrigerator woke us up every time the compressor came on, the AC also was very loud and hard to sleep when it kicked on. Wish there would have been an extra blanket or a throw blanket in the condo. It’s is a very nice place and super easy to get to the beach. It was great to have the chair and umbrella service”

“This was a great location right between Destin and 30A. Clean and affordable. Great view if you like heights as well! We had an issue with the water getting cut off but called them and the issue was resolved within five minutes. Great stay!!”
