“It was a bit pricey for what it was. It was in a good spot but it wasn't perfect. The homes are in beat up condition because of the ocean air all in that place. The bed in the master was wore out badly and uncomfortable. Tvs were outdated. It wasn't a horrible place but don't expect top notch from this one.”

“Not a Real Joy vacation. Less than 24 hours we had to move locations due to a flood of another unit. They didn’t offer us a new unit in the same location. So we had to choose between two different locations which we had to repack and move our luggage and groceries. One place was 20 minutes away and the other was closer so we settled for that.The new location was very ran down Long Beach Resort and didn’t have as much amenities went from maybe a 4 star place to a 2 star.The door frames were busted out and floor was pealing back in the laundry room Had to call management to get something’s fixed.(Toilet wouldn’t flush)Which at that point you would think they would go out of their way to make sure that we were happy with our stay. But they asked if we could wait until check out and they would address issues. They did come the next day and fix. So I don’t think we will book with Real Joy in the future. Limited to number of characters so can’t leave More of a review.”

“The condo itself wasnt terrible, but did need to be cleaned better. There was hair on pillows, on bathroom floor, and just didn't seem very maintained. One of the queen beds was completely sunked in in the middle. The property is beachfront with a pool and kiddie pool, however there is no game room as advertised, and there were HUGE roaches in hallways, around pool and walkways. The room did come with some nice beach chairs.”

“Apartment was very nice, perfect!. the building and administration was a bad experience having only one elevator working during our entire stay, you had to walk stairs for 19 floors, and considering we were with seniors so we had to wait forever to take the elevator. People were taking the elevator in any direction so they can catch a spot in it. awful experience.”

“They half clean the rooms trash was left under the beds items you need wasn’t wash it had stains or smell like pee very unsatisfying”
