“This was a beautifully decorated condo that had stunning views from the balcony. Furniture was VERY comfortable. There were a few minor things wrong (the bedroom carpet was pretty wet upon check in and we wanted to confirm that it was from shampooing and not a leak since it was just in 1 room which took 2 days to confirm, 1 tv remote was missing, sugar ants in the kitchen and a few other minor things but we know these things can happen). The host was responsive to messages but didn’t resolve any of issues while we were there. One other thing we noticed from our balcony was the condos association chair/umbrella strict policy. They won’t allow anyone that’s not renting a chair or umbrella set up anywhere in front of the condo by the beach and they have a “monitor” that approaches people and forces them to move. Seems like there should be a more renter friendly approach to this that would be a win for those renting the chairs/umbrellas and those who bring their own.”

“Very nice facility, very clean. The instructions were poor. Did not see any mention of three towers and how to easily find mine. Ended up going to the wrong tower going by routine instinct and lack of any warning or instructions to help. Got a parking charge that was not mentioned and had to find out how to pay it online after several calls”

“To start, the unit needs a serious deep clean/power wash. We had to clean the bathrooms and all the surfaces due to hair being found on the toilets and blankets. We had to go buy blankets due to not feeling clean. we had to unclog the vacuum to clean up sand on the carpet, there’s no way whomever cleans the property is able to fully vacuum the dirt up if that’s what they were using. The couches have so much dirt and grime on them they are brown not blue from all the traffic through the unit. Lastly, we lost count at 20 bites, Im assuming are bed bugs from sleeping in this unit so we are having a wonderful time making sure none traveled with us. All in all I would NOT rent from this unit or the company’s other properties. The only plus was the location to the beach and Pineapple Willy’s and Walmart. Also, elevators are a nightmare.”

“I don’t recomend using the dryer since the lint trap is broken with sharp edges and it will ruin all your nice things 😭 reached out multiple times and was never reimbursed! Can’t reach the plates, no salt or any spices or anything to spray pans with or even oil. Kids bed is unsafe, bolt is coming out and wood has cracks. The WiFi sign in the room was misleading as there were multiple WiFi titles with our room number.”

“Check in and out were easy and host was responsive. Furniture poor quality and condo felt cold and empty. Decor was cheap. Place needs sprucing up and deep cleaned. Bed and pillows were awfully uncomfortable so it was difficult to sleep. View was beautiful and easy access to restaurants and shopping.”
