“This place was perfect for our family. Walkable to nearly everything we wanted to do. The only thing is be prepared to provide your own beach towels, cooler, etc because it did not come with the unit. Also they provide a starter kit of basics but it is not enough to get you through the week.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Anchors Up and would absolutely return. The home was exceptionally clean and well organized. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared and very comfortable from the moment we arrived. We also really loved the layout of the house. There was plenty of space to relax without ever feeling crowded, and the screened porch became one of our favorite spots. The neighborhood itself was quiet, peaceful, and secluded in the best way. One of the nicest surprises was how easy the beach access was. The bike ride to the beach was even shorter than we expected, and having the bikes included made a huge difference. We enjoyed being able to explore the area, get outside more, and take in the beauty of WaterSound and 30A at our own pace. The RealJoy team was also responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even smoother. Overall, this was a relaxing, easy, and memorable beach trip, and we’re grateful for the experience.”

“Location, location, location! The home is close to the beach, the lake, the pool, and restaurants. It’s a little older than some of the surrounding places, but I love that Old Florida charm. The home was clean and spacious. Be prepared to bring salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee filters, etc. as none of that is provided due to safety reasons per the host. Sufficient toilet paper and paper towels were provided, though, for our four night stay. They also provide plenty of towels and wash clothes which were much appreciated! We would stay again.”
