“While the host was very responsive and the price and location was good, the house needs some general upkeep. The walls are in need of paint and some small repair. The floor has several cracked tiles. The bedrooms and bathrooms were in good shape but otherwise all other rooms are pretty worn. The pool area could use some updating as well. Overall the trip was great and with some paint, furniture change and tile replacement, this place would be a great rental.”

“So I have been going down to 30A and the surrounding areas for the past 35 years. I have stayed at a lot of different places so I do have something to compare it to. First, the location of this rental was *PERFECT*. We were right next to the community pool (which was very nice) and only a short walk or bike ride down one road to get to the beach. That being said, there were no pool towel provided which I thought was weird given that we were literally right next to the pool. The house was clean and as expected but there was NOTHING in the kitchen. There were pots and pans and utensils but basically nothing else. No salt, pepper, oil, or anything else. Beds were comfortable but the pillow were horrible. And if you like waking up to the sun then you would be happy because there were no curtains to block out the morning sun. We did have to call maintenance but they were responsive and fast. Overall, a fair stay, but could have provided more necessities for the kitchen and pool.”

“This place was perfect for our family. Walkable to nearly everything we wanted to do. The only thing is be prepared to provide your own beach towels, cooler, etc because it did not come with the unit. Also they provide a starter kit of basics but it is not enough to get you through the week.”

“This place was very nice. It was in walking distance to the beach and restaurants. It was clean and the host was very responsive. I would highly recommend this place for anyone going to Santa Rosa beach!!”
