“Before I booked, I asked him if they can let me check out a little later than 11 AM. They told me yes once I booked I later confirmed with them then they told me that it’s based on availability that I’ll find out the day off. The bathroom sill is not leveled, so when I placed my products on it, they fell and spilled all over the shower. The kitchen faucet makes a very loud disturbing noise whenever is being used. The light flickers whenever is on there were a couple days where I had no hot water. The day of my checkout they said that they’ll allow me to check out an hour after they locked me out of the building. I had no way to get in the building or in the room. I had to keep calling so they can allow me to go back in the room. Overall, I do not have a good experience.”

“I have never seen a facility managed so badly, unorganized, old, dirty, everything is late, check in minimum 2 hours late, whenever you see this company's logo, just run...”

“This was the worst place ever to stay. First of all the pictures that’s a scam. The room doesn’t look anything like the pictures. There were stains all over the walls. The stove was nasty and broken. There was a window unit air-conditioned on the floor in the room, which was very inconvenient because one of the beds was blocking the air-conditioning so therefore you’re not getting any air throughout the room. The bathroom toilet top doesn’t even fit the toilet. It was just horrible and to spend the type of money to stay in a place like this that is insane. I hope no one stays here. They need to fix the place up. The elevators are filthy. Everything about that building is disgusting. Not only that the place is nasty. They told us that you would get to use their beach chairs for the beach that was impossible to do because people act like they didn’t even know about the hotel allowing us to use beach chairs. Worst place ever and I was just trying to enjoy my daughter’s birthday.”

“Had construction on the property and they put me in a room right next to where they were working when they had other rooms that I could have taken that was not my first day there reserved back-to-back reservations and the first room was good. The second room they put me right downstairs with the construction guys and they did not or put any kind of deal or anything to embarrass me somehow because I lost sleep all day I work at night.”

“False advertisement for parking. PARKING NOT FREE. The instructions state 1111 Lincoln road is the “free parking” but there was NO PARKING PASS and we had to pay $50 for overnight parking every night. Front desk kid was cussing when I came to check in, and host was unresponsive when issues arose. No parking reimbursement either. Building hard to find due to construction”

“First, I wanna say that this place was very convenient for the location, especially with what I had going on throughout the weekend. The troubles that arrive was via the kitchen the moment that water was Rayn insects starting to crawl out of the pipes of the drain and into the sink also inside of the dishwasher, the cabinet under the microwave and from the crevices between the stove and the refrigerator giving a full-blown infestation. We communicated and was told by on-site management that we should get some bug spray very unprofessional with no other accommodations for the stay. The bathroom needs major cosmetic details from the distasteful. Matt placed on the floor to hide the unfinished cosmetic tub which once lifted had hair and dirt under the mat, we had to buy a different bath mat for our safety. If I can give this place a zero stars I would and would highly recommend that the owners do a complete remodel and involve pest control.”

“This was a very disappointing and unsettling stay. During our time here, multiple people attempted to access the property on four separate occasions, and the combination lock by the door appeared to have been tampered with. This made us feel extremely unsafe, especially traveling with a baby. We reached out to the host, but the response and handling of the situation did not provide reassurance or a real solution. Safety should be a top priority for any stay, and unfortunately, that was not our experience here. I would strongly suggest the host addresses these security concerns immediately before hosting future guests. Based on our experience, I would not feel comfortable staying here again.”

“My stay was extremely disappointing and not at all what was expected based on the listing. Check-in was difficult due to unclear instructions, and I was unable to access the property upon arrival without assistance, which was both frustrating and concerning. Once inside, the condition of the unit was not acceptable. There were visible cleanliness and maintenance issues throughout the space, including stains, rusted fixtures, and areas that appeared to have mildew or mold. The overall condition did not reflect what was advertised. Additionally, the internet was not working upon arrival, which caused significant inconvenience, especially since I needed it for work and school. Although there was some communication from the host, there was no timely or effective resolution during my stay. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend this property.”

“My unit had a stench camouflaged by odorants. I ask them to give me another room they said they were at overbooked. I left from there the third after a reserved it for seven days. I asked for a refund they deliberately refused. This is thé worst experience I ever had. Once they refused to refund the blatantly lied that I was smoking weed in their room on Sunday whereas I left their unit Tuesday. These people are money hungry and very pathetic.”

“I've never had a bad experience with Airbnb, but the apartment we were assigned was nothing like the one pictured in the listing. Unfortunately, we had to find another place to stay after our first night and for the remainder of our trip due to issues with the unit. Our reservation was for three people, and we were counting on using the sofa bed, but without bedding for it anywhere in the apartment, it wasn’t usable. On top of that, the condition of the apartment didn’t match what was shown in the listing. We understand that the exact unit can vary, but the level of cleanliness and maintenance should not have been compromised. There was mold in the shower and in the closet where linens were kept, the beds were VERY loud just getting in or shifting around, and there was rust in the kitchen that left some rough, jagged spots. Overall, it just wasn’t a comfortable or safe environment. They may have a nice unit that matches the listing photos, but I wouldn't recommend chancing it.”
