Place was nice, especially for the price! Clean and clearly well-maintained. Provided with extra linens and body wash/shampoo/conditioner. Great stay for 2 people. place is fully stocked with pots, pans, etc. When we arrived our first night, there were no parking spaces available on either side of the unit, so we had to create our own spot in front of our apartment. I communicated this to management and they reiterated to park on either side of the unit, despite there being no spaces. dryer was not working, which I communicated to management, and never received any sort of update on for the remainder of our stay. there was construction going on in the unit(s) above us, which we were not informed of, and the noise of the drilling was quite unpleasant. It could be heard over noise cancelling headphones. Wifi did not work for cell phones. Dumpster hard to locate. Overall, a nice stay, but I probably would not stay here again. There are other similar priced options in the area.

Before I booked, I asked him if they can let me check out a little later than 11 AM. They told me yes once I booked I later confirmed with them then they told me that it’s based on availability that I’ll find out the day off. The bathroom sill is not leveled, so when I placed my products on it, they fell and spilled all over the shower. The kitchen faucet makes a very loud disturbing noise whenever is being used. The light flickers whenever is on there were a couple days where I had no hot water. The day of my checkout they said that they’ll allow me to check out an hour after they locked me out of the building. I had no way to get in the building or in the room. I had to keep calling so they can allow me to go back in the room. Overall, I do not have a good experience.

This was the worst place ever to stay. First of all the pictures that’s a scam. The room doesn’t look anything like the pictures. There were stains all over the walls. The stove was nasty and broken. There was a window unit air-conditioned on the floor in the room, which was very inconvenient because one of the beds was blocking the air-conditioning so therefore you’re not getting any air throughout the room. The bathroom toilet top doesn’t even fit the toilet. It was just horrible and to spend the type of money to stay in a place like this that is insane. I hope no one stays here. They need to fix the place up. The elevators are filthy. Everything about that building is disgusting. Not only that the place is nasty. They told us that you would get to use their beach chairs for the beach that was impossible to do because people act like they didn’t even know about the hotel allowing us to use beach chairs. Worst place ever and I was just trying to enjoy my daughter’s birthday.

Overall, unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my stay except for the location. Even though I arrived at 7 AM and the room was apparently ready around 10 AM, I was forced to wait until 4 PM for check-in. One particular staff member kept giving vague answers and constantly brushed me off instead of helping. I waited around 6 hours without any proper assistance. On the first day, the air conditioning in my room was not working. I reported it multiple times, but nobody fixed it and I kept being told “we’ll check it.” I stayed 2 nights in Miami heat without AC and genuinely felt sick because of it. I also contacted Airbnb support several times, but the issue was only resolved after I mentioned taking legal action. Even after extending my stay, staff came to my door at 11 AM trying to make me leave because they were unaware that my reservation had been extended. Honestly, we were very disappointed with this stay. The apartment felt old, dirty, and poorly maintained. There was a bad smell inside, the furniture was worn out, and the mattresses were in terrible condition like really terrible - they need ti replace those terrible mattresses. The bathroom was another big issue: there was mold everywhere, and it really made the place feel unhealthy and uncomfortable and smell! The late check-out pricing was also strange. The host said staying after 2 PM would be around $158.20, but Airbnb showed the change as $94.76. That didn’t feel transparent even though nobody booked it for the next day (I checked) Would not stay here again. You guys need to renovate the Appartment and at least you need to buy new mattresses.

False advertisement for parking. PARKING NOT FREE. The instructions state 1111 Lincoln road is the “free parking” but there was NO PARKING PASS and we had to pay $50 for overnight parking every night. Front desk kid was cussing when I came to check in, and host was unresponsive when issues arose. No parking reimbursement either. Building hard to find due to construction

Had construction on the property and they put me in a room right next to where they were working when they had other rooms that I could have taken that was not my first day there reserved back-to-back reservations and the first room was good. The second room they put me right downstairs with the construction guys and they did not or put any kind of deal or anything to embarrass me somehow because I lost sleep all day I work at night.

First, I wanna say that this place was very convenient for the location, especially with what I had going on throughout the weekend. The troubles that arrive was via the kitchen the moment that water was Rayn insects starting to crawl out of the pipes of the drain and into the sink also inside of the dishwasher, the cabinet under the microwave and from the crevices between the stove and the refrigerator giving a full-blown infestation. We communicated and was told by on-site management that we should get some bug spray very unprofessional with no other accommodations for the stay. The bathroom needs major cosmetic details from the distasteful. Matt placed on the floor to hide the unfinished cosmetic tub which once lifted had hair and dirt under the mat, we had to buy a different bath mat for our safety. If I can give this place a zero stars I would and would highly recommend that the owners do a complete remodel and involve pest control.
