“Before I booked, I asked him if they can let me check out a little later than 11 AM. They told me yes once I booked I later confirmed with them then they told me that it’s based on availability that I’ll find out the day off. The bathroom sill is not leveled, so when I placed my products on it, they fell and spilled all over the shower. The kitchen faucet makes a very loud disturbing noise whenever is being used. The light flickers whenever is on there were a couple days where I had no hot water. The day of my checkout they said that they’ll allow me to check out an hour after they locked me out of the building. I had no way to get in the building or in the room. I had to keep calling so they can allow me to go back in the room. Overall, I do not have a good experience.”

“Wish the host would do a quick call to describe how to get in. It’s confusing. Elevator was broke half the trip. Customer service goes a long way”

“The apartment itself was super clean and had all the amenities you would need. The only thing I would say was difficult or confusing was getting into the apartment with a car for the first time. The codes weren't working for us. Additionally, our remote for the parking gate was broken and instead of bringing us another one, they just offered to reimburse us for parking if we paid somewhere else which was just more of an inconvenience. I appreciated that offer but thought it would have been easier to just bring a new clicker. However, overall the space was in a great location in Coconut Grove, was within 20 minutes to big city Miami, and other fun things to do. We felt super safe as well. Staff was also friendly. I would stay here again! Thank you guys!!”

“The accommodation was ideal, the only bad thing is that the lady who was in the offices is very rude and speaks with a very bad temperament if she were to change the lady or give her a course on how to treat guests. And it would be the ideal accommodation for any family.”

“My stay was extremely disappointing and not at all what was expected based on the listing. Check-in was difficult due to unclear instructions, and I was unable to access the property upon arrival without assistance, which was both frustrating and concerning. Once inside, the condition of the unit was not acceptable. There were visible cleanliness and maintenance issues throughout the space, including stains, rusted fixtures, and areas that appeared to have mildew or mold. The overall condition did not reflect what was advertised. Additionally, the internet was not working upon arrival, which caused significant inconvenience, especially since I needed it for work and school. Although there was some communication from the host, there was no timely or effective resolution during my stay. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend this property.”
