“Olá desde a entrada tivemos problemas com localizar o quarto e a fechadura , mas ok ! Assim que adentramos minha filha foi se deitar a cama estava cheia de cabelos no lençol , o cheiro de cigarro era horrível , como se não bastasse tinha uma porta de acesso onde os outros hóspedes começaram a gritar se bater e tudo mais ! Informo ao anfitrião e ele diz não poder fazer nada só lamenta .”

“Had construction on the property and they put me in a room right next to where they were working when they had other rooms that I could have taken that was not my first day there reserved back-to-back reservations and the first room was good. The second room they put me right downstairs with the construction guys and they did not or put any kind of deal or anything to embarrass me somehow because I lost sleep all day I work at night.”

“This is the worst property I have ever stayed at. Not as pictured, shower filled with mold, dirty floors, door lock had chunk of wood taken out of it outside where anyone could pop the lock. Sex trafficking going on in other unit. Man walking around in just a towel taking pictures of a woman in sexual poses out in court yard and men coming and going in the unit. Reported to property manager and nothing was done. We left the property after seeing this due to feeling very unsafe. This is not some place you would want to stay. We had a 5 year old child with us and felt our safety was at risk. Airbnb should remove this place from their listings!!!!!”

“When we arrived the host booked us a room that was already booked and they gave us all the information about the guest (code to the room, name of guest & how long they were staying). We waited an hour after arriving for the host to give us another room. So the room wasn’t the same as the pictures. We asked them if they could do anything about the inconvenience and all they did was apologize for what happened. We were very uneasy the entire stay because of the thought of our host accidentally giving our information out to another guest.”
