“Contestaban rapido a cada pregunta que tenia, pero las indicaciones para ingresar me las dieron muy tarde, las pedi ese mismo dia del check-in a la mañana y me la dieron por la tarde cuando ya estaba viajando y sin datos, eso senti que no fue muy considerado para el turista. Si bien el clima no ayudó porque llovió todos los dias, filtro agua por el suelo, y luego el colchon no era para nada de la calidad que esperaba. A nivel de seguridad, la puerta no tenía traba (que no fuera la magnética que pueden abrir desde afuera) del lado de adentro, así que no me sentí segura.”

“El departamento en que me alojé estaba perfecto, tenía todo lo que necesitaba (excepto una jarra eléctrica), todo limpio, cómodo y hermoso, perfecta ubicación. Sin embargo, el ascensor no funcionaba y tenía que cargar valijas pesadas por las escaleras, había olor a marihuana constantemente en los pasillos y el aspecto de las escaleras y pasillos era bien feo, pasillos muy angostos y con murales de mal gusto, pero bueno, creo que volvería a alojarme allí.”

“Nous sommes globalement satisfaits du logement. Il était très bien situé à south beach, tout était accessible à pied. Il correspondait à la description faite sur airbnb. Le seul bémol a été la propreté qui laissait à désirer. Il y avait des tâches, des cheveux et la vaisselle était sale. Toutefois, cela reste un bon rapport qualité-prix.”

“Asked the host if possible help for checking in as needed the room for only a day to rest while in the area. Was told for a fee and availability the front desk would help me. Front desk didn’t want to have any help or try to. I was dismissed very quickly and in a very ugly manner.”

“The location is excellent. It's quiet despite being in a busy, lively area. Unfortunately, my first night got off to a bad start. When I checked in around 11 PM, I found long hair on the bed, which made me worry the sheets hadn't been changed. The bathroom was worse: it clearly hadn't been cleaned, with shaved hair all over and very dirty shower tiles. There was no one at the front desk at that hour, so I had to stay in the room overnight. The next morning I asked to change rooms, and a young gentleman at the front desk (with a dark hair and mustache, sorry I didn't catch his name!) was incredibly kind and helpful. He moved me to another room right away, and his attitude completely turned my experience around and made me feel comfortable again. The rest of my stay was enjoyable. I'd recommend this place for the location and the staff, but I hope management pays closer attention to cleaning between guests.”
