Beautiful place to stay, however air conditioning didn’t work upstairs and they didn’t send someone till the next day so we missed one full day of being able to enjoy the upstairs and it made our visit stressful. They need to spray for mosquitoes on the property also. Otherwise, beautiful property and would like to stay again.

The location was nice but towards the after noon we had two different couples loitering on the property. Wild life was beautiful. Saw lots of birds. First time seeing summer tangers, and barred owls. The property management team is awful and says they don’t communicate through Airbnb. I was approved for 10am check in, got there at 10 am and was told I couldn’t check in until 4pm. First customer service person was rude and unhelpful. Second customer service person gave me entry code after signing rental agreement. I was still told check in was at 4pm even though I had proof of 10am check in so I went ahead and accessed the property. Cleaning crew came and cleaned and were nice enough to accept that they had to work around us. We just wanted the spot for the day and didn’t even stay the night. Worst experience I’ve had by far. Will never stay at a location run by this property management team again.

Absolutely loved the stay. The ambiance was great and grounds were very clean. Room wasn’t available at 4pm like stated. Checked in at 6. Was told cleaning staff was running behind and they hired someone else. When I did finally arrive, it smelled like a dirty mop or kitchen sponge. So I bought cleaning stuff and did it myself. Beds still make loud squeaky sound (like many others have stated on reviews before) but bed was really comfortable. However, when I removed sheets before leaving, I found mattress protector covered with many stains. All amenities were as stated on site, except coffee maker only made luke-warm coffee. Not a biggie, heated up in microwave. A full-length mirror on back of bathroom door would be a great addition. Unit 8 is toward the back and I never heard any traffic. Pool is relaxing/very clean. Grounds were clean and inviting. Close to downtown, but not walking distance. Price was excellent until all the other fees were added. No one answers messages after 5.

The location and cabin were great. The only draw back was their no per policy and the coffee cups in our cabin were much smaller than normal. we had to buy our own coffee mugs.

House was clean, great location. The hot tub was dirty and not useable. Messaged owner and didn’t ever get a response. The only messages received were automated and instructional focused on checking in and checking out. This was unfortunate as location and hot tub were two of the big sells for booking this cottage.

Peaceful location. Place is a little small. The towels that are there to use were all wet when we arrived but they did smell clean. It's about 15mins to town.

It was a great place to stay and beautiful views. The only downfall was the mineral build up in the shower hadn’t been cleaned out and you could run the AC below 73. With the amount of windows and being pregnant that was a pretty uncomfortable temp to sleep in.

Hola, Intentamos comunicarnos contigo en varias ocasiones para solicitar el código de acceso al alojamiento y no obtuvimos respuesta. Llamé al número que nos compartieron y el código proporcionado era incorrecto. De hecho, si unas chicas que estaban dentro del Airbnb no hubieran abierto por error, no habríamos podido ingresar. Incluso Airbnb intentó contactarte y tampoco recibió respuesta. Además, el alojamiento se encontraba en condiciones muy descuidadas al momento de nuestra llegada. Encontramos telarañas en una de las camas y en varios rincones del lugar. La cafetera estaba muy sucia y las toallas de baño tenían un olor desagradable, por lo que sinceramente parecía que no habían sido reemplazadas por unas limpias. Considero importante mencionarlo porque uno normalmente cuida y respeta los espacios en la misma medida en que los recibe.

House was very nice and the jacuzzi was really enjoyable. However, a 10am checkout time was a pretty big inconvenience.
