“It was a very beautiful, scenic stay. Brought the wife and kids and had a very nice time! Also, Johnson City was a very neat town . Only 4 miles up the road from the Arc!”

“Everything was excellent and exactly as advertised, but the map is incorrect; it shows the location of the previous property, so I spent a long time trying to open the wrong door. but everything else was fine”

“For the price, it was very good. Cheaper than best western in town by a wide margin. The sliding glass door doesn’t have a lock, and can be opened and accessed by anyone. The actual door to the cottage is just a twist knob lock, there is no deadbolt. Only one window unit was working (other was broken) which was okay until it got hot at night and we used the floor fan. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows could be better. Bathroom is quite small, shower stall specifically, can barely move your arms. Lots of clean up rules, so be prepared. Overall a 6.5-7/10 stay. You really can’t beat it for the price. Very private lot and very quiet.”

“Our two dogs and us had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed early morning hikes around the ranch and the dogs loved swimming in the pond and creek. We will definitely be back!”

“This is a great private space! We were looking for a place that was quiet and remote to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Pool was awesome! Outdoor lounge space was so nice! Bed was comfy! Shower was spacious with great hot water! Overall, 10/10! Would love to stay again!!”
