“The place has great scenery but the house has some short comings and a nosy neighbor . the house needs a lot of outdoor maintenance and the yard and deck are full of twigs and leaves and is disorderly . there was a empty propane bottle for the gas grill so except to get your own propane if you want to use the grill . there was no working ice maker on the refrigerator and the door on the hall bath needs to be replaced and the microwave above the oven needs to be removed .”

“Overall our stay was comfortable but with some issues. We quickly learned that water pressure is dependent on how many faucets are being used. Showering was impossible if both showers were trying to be used at same time. Once we realized this it took precision planning on water usage. Also, all the windows had absolutely no coverings, no blinds or curtains, therefore no privacy whatsoever. The view out over the hill country was amazing and a lot of deer roaming the property made it nice.”
