“Our stay was wonderful! The condo set up was perfect for our family of 4 as our kids loved having their own room and bathroom and we loved having some space! The beach access is perfect and so easy. The beach accessories were so great and saved us space in the car. We felt right at home and hope to come back!”

“Positives: The location right along the ocean was definitely the highlight! The pool was nice, too, and we loved being able to walk straight out to the beach without having to drive anywhere. Negatives: The property could use some upkeep and attention to detail. There were wires cluttered throughout the space, the electrical outlets needed maintenance, and there was a large piece of cardboard left on the living room floor. The beds and furniture were uncomfortable, and the floors were dirty. On top of that, the Wi-Fi wasn’t working, and we had to wait for maintenance to come fix both the Wi-Fi and the power in the living room. Despite the inconvenience and time spent waiting for maintenance, we weren’t offered any compensation or a late checkout. Overall: The location was fantastic, and being right on the beach was a huge plus. However, the property needs some maintenance, better cleanliness, and more comfortable furnishings to make the stay worth it.”

“The neighborhood was excellent, quiet upper class folks. The property was actually pretty neat. It was a bunch of connected houses, so it was really cool to wander around and check out all the different setups. There's two bedrooms and a bathroom over the garage, and there's a walkway from there to the second floor of the main house and just random bedrooms rooms around the house. The kids were playing hide and go seek for a long time. great spot for a large family.”

“The home itself is beautiful and spacious, and we really wanted to have a great experience. Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our stay. When we arrived, there was animal feces directly outside the entrance that had not been cleaned, along with visible spider webs around the doorway. Once inside, we found a small dead roach on the stairs and later saw a large live roach in the hallway. The house also had a noticeable stale smell, as though it had not been properly aired out or ventilated before our arrival. There were also some maintenance concerns, including loose toilet seats. Most concerning, our grandson slept in the playpen provided at the home and woke up the following morning covered in multiple bumps that appeared consistent with insect bites. We cannot say for certain what caused them, but it was understandably concerning. The property is very nice, but the cleanliness, pest control, and maintenance need more attention between guests.”

“First off, fantastic location. 10/10 spot for our family with kids to be a five minute walk to a very quiet and private feeling beach. The home was roomy and clean. It was also very cold and sterile feeling, loud and echoey, had the most uncomfortable and weird couch I’ve ever seen, soft mattresses, limited cookware (no spatula for us was tough, we were making eggs with a soup ladle), and just didn’t feel like a home with any pride of ownership. It felt like an investment property using the cheapest furniture possible to get the job done or partway done. It was not comfortable. We wouldn’t stay again for the price, but loved the area.”

“This place was okay. Met our needs but not our expectations. Beds and pillows were very low quality. TVs were a huge let down. No streaming capabilities or apps at all. Outdoor furniture was very worn and dirty. Kitchen was nicely equipped and the ac worked really well. Happy stays did a great job communicating and would use them again to stay somewhere else nearby.”
