Happy Palm Stays in Merritt Island, Florida

“We absolutely loved this home and the location! It was so nice to come into such a clean and gorgeous home after traveling for 15 hours. I am very particular about a place being clean and this place was pristine. We loved that this was on a canal and that it had a gorgeous screened in porch area with a pool and beautiful spa. It was so nice to be able to relax on the back porch and watch the dolphins. It was never really hot back there because of the nice breeze that comes through. It is also very private because it’s at the end of a cul-de-sac and doesn’t have any homes right next to it. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood and we felt very safe. Amanda was an amazing host and responded to any of our needs very quickly. Of course there are a lot of things to do and see and plenty of great restaurants around not to mention beautiful beaches. I would highly recommend this lovely home to anyone.”

“Great place to stay”

“Home was beautiful, clean and beautiful neighborhood. Will be using on our next trip! Only issue was the photos show the same bedroom twice with full beds and one room actually was a pull out couch. Still completely fine and comfortable just was misrepresented. Home was also furnished with a lot of basic things which was great just needed to buy food etc Loved staying here and hope to stay again on our next vacation”

“Happy Palm met all our basic needs. It was great that pets were allowed. The entire family was together, including our dog. The beach chairs and sand castle tools/toys were a very nice plus. Plenty of towels. For the price I expected more, however. We were greeted by heavily stained staircase as we entered the townhome. The master's bedroom mattress was too small for the king-size frame. The LR fan was not fully operational. We had difficulty starting it. The unit listed accommodation for 8 people but the LR area/furniture was too small. The pipings made loud noise after flushing the toilet. The garage was small - we could barely fit our car inside it. And the surroundings was blah. If the price were not so high, I would not be complaining. .”
