Happy Palm Stays reviews in Merritt Island, Florida

“Great host and awesome property for big groups!”

“The neighborhood was excellent, quiet upper class folks. The property was actually pretty neat. It was a bunch of connected houses, so it was really cool to wander around and check out all the different setups. There's two bedrooms and a bathroom over the garage, and there's a walkway from there to the second floor of the main house and just random bedrooms rooms around the house. The kids were playing hide and go seek for a long time. great spot for a large family.”

“The home itself is beautiful and spacious, and we really wanted to have a great experience. Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our stay. When we arrived, there was animal feces directly outside the entrance that had not been cleaned, along with visible spider webs around the doorway. Once inside, we found a small dead roach on the stairs and later saw a large live roach in the hallway. The house also had a noticeable stale smell, as though it had not been properly aired out or ventilated before our arrival. There were also some maintenance concerns, including loose toilet seats. Most concerning, our grandson slept in the playpen provided at the home and woke up the following morning covered in multiple bumps that appeared consistent with insect bites. We cannot say for certain what caused them, but it was understandably concerning. The property is very nice, but the cleanliness, pest control, and maintenance need more attention between guests.”

“Beautiful place, responsive hosts, well stocked, would definitely stay again.”

“Happy Palm Stays was exactly what we needed for a men's baseball team. Plenty of beds, towels, and spacious kitchen for preparing meals. We also used the grill several times. Very quiet neighborhood and was perfect for when we needed rest.”
