“The location of this unit was excellent! The pool is great and the access to the beach is perfect. It is also walkable to many good restaurants and the Cocoa Beach Pier. It is an easy drive to the Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral. The unit itself is well stocked and a great size for a larger group. We had a couple issues with the stay but Happy Palm Stays was very friendly and accommodating for the issues. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Building isn’t great, elevator sounds like you might get stuck in it at any second. Also active construction during our stay. Other than that, our air bnb was very clean and had everything you may need.”

“Positives: The location right along the ocean was definitely the highlight! The pool was nice, too, and we loved being able to walk straight out to the beach without having to drive anywhere. Negatives: The property could use some upkeep and attention to detail. There were wires cluttered throughout the space, the electrical outlets needed maintenance, and there was a large piece of cardboard left on the living room floor. The beds and furniture were uncomfortable, and the floors were dirty. On top of that, the Wi-Fi wasn’t working, and we had to wait for maintenance to come fix both the Wi-Fi and the power in the living room. Despite the inconvenience and time spent waiting for maintenance, we weren’t offered any compensation or a late checkout. Overall: The location was fantastic, and being right on the beach was a huge plus. However, the property needs some maintenance, better cleanliness, and more comfortable furnishings to make the stay worth it.”

“A beautiful location and view of ocean and pier. The sunrise view from the balconies were amazing. Easy walk to the beach and lifeguards right outside. (A small issue with the sliding glass door led to our early checkout, the landlord was courteous and responsive to resolve.) Bonus the property has a rooftop terrace for stargazing super cool.”

“This place was okay. Met our needs but not our expectations. Beds and pillows were very low quality. TVs were a huge let down. No streaming capabilities or apps at all. Outdoor furniture was very worn and dirty. Kitchen was nicely equipped and the ac worked really well. Happy stays did a great job communicating and would use them again to stay somewhere else nearby.”
