“I loved my stay direct oceanfront. It was a beautiful home and included lots of amenities for the beach. The outdoor space & propane grill was so nice - we cranked up the umbrella and had a wonderful lunch. I would stay here again!”

“We had a great family vacation. We love that the beach is private and accessible through a short path just past the back patio. The home was clean with plenty of extra towels and linen. There were plenty of beach toys for the kids along with beach chairs and a beach umbrella. We enjoyed every aspect of the house and our stay. We would definitely rent this home again!!”

“This is the best stay on the beach. I don't want to tell other people that because I always want it to be available. We are repeat renters on multiple occasions. The location cannot be better for Melbourne/Melbourne Beach. The place is spacious and extremely clean. Check in is super easy. There is a bit of road noise that makes it difficult to enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck but, otherwise, this place is 11/10. You really can't beat it for a rental, especially on the island side.”
