“We stayed at this home for five nights and absolutely loved it. The location right on the bay was beautiful, and there was so much outdoor space to enjoy the views and relax. We saw a lot of wildlife during our stay, which our two young sons were very excited about. The home felt much larger than expected and gave us plenty of space to explore, unwind, and spend time together. It was peaceful and private, but still close enough to Bellingham for groceries, entertainment, and the movie theater. The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi was not very strong, and the phone signal was limited, so video calls for work were difficult. Other than that, everything was wonderful. The owners were thoughtful and had the home stocked with coffee and espresso. We were 100% satisfied and only wish our stay had been longer. This is a perfect place to escape the city and enjoy quality time with loved ones.”

“Aloha! We stayed at the Hale Ohana Ho'omaka for 1 week. While I was wary about the fairly new listing and the fact that it was managed by a property management company rather than a private Airbnb host, we were pleasantly surprised. While the property is older and photos may have been embellished a tad, the home had all of the amenities necessary for a lovely meal in (full kitchen with utensils) or a full day at the beach (beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc.). Speaking of beaches, Hale Ohana Ho'omaka is close to many of the beaches in the North Shore, Foodland, and Hanalei, making it a prime location to enjoy all that the North Shore has to offer. The home was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The ceiling fans kept us cool as we slept. Communication with the Gather Vacations property manager was prompt and courteous. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying here!”

“Nice, quiet, walkable neighborhood. Close to a cute town with nice places to eat. Also close to the beach. The house was a little dated, however; it was exactly as pictured. I loved how spacious it is. The host was very responsive. I would recommend it.”
