“This is our third stay in the Ocean Villas at Turtle Bay and we love it. It’s just like home. The property is very high quality, very well serviced and the view is beautiful. I like dealing with Gather and the local ladies that manage the property. They are always helpful and responsive. The cost of the stay reflects this high end product though.”

“Our stay with Gather Vacations was disappointing. We found multiple cockroaches inside the villa, including one in the kitchen utensil drawer. This raised serious concerns about cleanliness and made it difficult to relax and enjoy our vacation. Management moved us to a larger unit, which we appreciated, but the disruption and concerns about bringing roaches home in our luggage affected the experience. Follow-up communication was also frustrating, with calls and emails going unanswered. We documented the issues with photos and video. For the price paid, we expected better cleanliness and more responsive service. Based on our experience, we would not book with Gather Vacations again.”

“The host and team were amazing, going above and beyond for our stay. Even treated us to Lei Lei’s from a minor issue which turned out to be one of my favorites in the North Shore. Host was quickly responsive and kind. The area is private and peaceful. Home was exactly like pictured. One of my favorite stays. Thank you!”
