“we had an amazing stay here- it was just my husband and I and it was the perfect stay for what we needed. Definitely wouldn’t recommend more than 2 adults, but it worked great and you cant find a better spot. We also loved the gated location. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Excellent location, private and quiet. Lovely small pool. Good size for 2 people. Host was responsive when we needed help with a few issues. We found the bed and pillows to be uncomfortable and some of the lights didn't work. Washing machine is available outside but it is moldy. In the humid Hawaii environment it's easy to understand how that happens, but it should be cleaned often. Could be excellent with some more attention to details.”

“I’ve lived in kailua back in the day and I know how mold can grow in a matter of days, but the mold growing underneath the bathroom sink was like it hasnt been cleaned in weeks not to mention our bathroom towels were place right on top of it. The grill being moldy is another thing that is understandable to an extent. The location and place is one of the best on the island but for the money spent you would expect the turn over crew to clean it better. Overall the host was quick and informative and the location was great.”

“An incredible house just a few steps from one of the best beaches in Hawaii.. the huge pool was loved by all, especially the kids. The house was clean and the layout was exactly what fit our family. We hope to return next year!”

“The cottage was peaceful and tastefully designed and furnished. The pool was lovely with the water fountain feature. It was a quick 5-minute walk to the beach.”
