“This was a great condo for two couples and a baby. The hike to the black sand beach is beautiful - wear good shoes on the lava rock. The lanai faces southwest, so if you pull chairs onto the lawn to face west you can watch the sunset. The direct view includes the Hilton hotel towers across the golf course, perfectly pleasant but not shown in the photos. We used the pool a lot, so close and very pleasant, a shallow, curving pool just for staying cool. Sweet staff there, and the pork nachos are great. Hāpuna beach is just 15 minute drive away. We enjoyed watching the variety of birds each morning. We used their concierge services to book in-room massages and tent baby equipment, very convenient.”

“We have stayed in Waikoloa and this specific community (Hali’i Kai) several times. This specific condo was the largest floor plan and had a wonderful view. It was very comfortable and well taken care of. Beautiful (local?) art everywhere in the condo and beautifully decorated. The beach gear closet had everything we needed and more.”
