Regrettably, the establishment was in a state of disarray. Upon arrival, guests are not provided with a permanent key. Instead, they are directed to visit a representative the following day, who attempts to sell them a timeshare. On our initial night, we were informed that the elevator was non-functional, and the sole operational elevator was the service elevator. Consequently, we were compelled to traverse the rear of the pool through a gate obscured by leaves, which proved to be difficult to locate. The following morning, the elevator remained inoperative, necessitating the use of the service stairs and a detour through the lobby to reach the parking lot. The experience was frustrating, and the staff exhibited carelessness and unprofessionalism. The hotel’s overall impression was one of low-class standards, as evidenced by my interaction with the front desk.

This place was amazing. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, I was happy with the “PLACE”. My only “DISAPPOINTMENT” was the lack of communication from the host regarding my request to extend my stay. I submitted the request through the app but host never responded. I even had customer service reach out on my behalf, but unfortunately I never received a response. Because of this, I had to book another place.

Had a terrible experience staying here. The first room we were given had flies throughout the room, which forced us to switch rooms late at night while traveling with young children. Unfortunately, the second room was even worse, with cockroaches everywhere, including on the bed. I’ve attached photos as proof. This was completely unacceptable and made our stay extremely stressful and uncomfortable. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here unless you’re willing to deal with serious cleanliness and pest issues.

Room seemed clean, but our stay turned sour when we found a roach in the bedroom and 6 more roaches were found on the kitchen counter. Four of those 6 roaches were underneath the coffee maker. The insistence of the clerk for us to take the show was uncomfortable. The bed was nice, pillows were super comfortable. However the roach issue had me not wanting to stay there again in fear of taking some stowaways home.

Be aware. The place is stunning. But there are roaches. They spray but they are everywhere. The host doesn’t respond. Airbnb moved us to another place but the entire process was a mess The location is stunning but the roaches are a no go. Book elsewhere

Worst experience, gave us keys to a unit that had people in it already and we just walked right in. Ridiculous. Made us wait outside for 30 minutes with our luggage to get e new room.

The check in was confusing, and I’ve traveled around the world so I know. Staff seemed burned out and not very friendly. The room smelled like curry spices and the A/C dint work at all! Room was stuffy and 77* the whole time, it made it hard to breathe.

Our stay was disrupted by finding a large roach in the room, which made us question the cleanliness of the entire space. Management minimized the situation and only offered a one-night refund. We were then moved to a noticeably smaller room that felt like a downgrade. Given the circumstances, this resolution felt inadequate. I would not recommend staying here.
