Pros - well located, heart of town and still quiet. - extremely nice staff - cleaners, front desk, travel desk - very clean - spacious rooms (booked for 3 persons, had day room, bed room, plenty storage, small kitchen) - free laundry facilities Cons - the host I booked through was unresponsive. I wished to extend by one day but the host wouldn't respond and as it is a time share property, the reception couldn't help either. - pricey - high cost otherwise a great place to stay. would certainly book again and recommend to all

ill start by saying this is a hotel that is on Airbnb, not that it really matters. the value for money and location is unmatched. the staff, both at the check in desk and the concierge were probably the most friendly staff I have ever encountered to date. ready with recommendations and helpful do's and don't around the area. the location as stated, is unbelievable, buzzing street, close to bars and restaurants and a block from Union square, the cable cars, and China town . I would highly recommend.

Decent location. Accessibility from the major public transit centers is difficult due to the tunnel. We got bit by spiders two nights in a row.

The Post said 4 BEDS, when I showed to check in the front desk immediately asks who I booked with . I said Airbnb and they just say "Ohh about that , what they post is not correct" it was not clear that occupancy was 4 and just 2 Beds. Had to pay for a fake advertisement as I was not able to get a refund
