“Clean and good location. Good for a larger family, as far as sleeping and bathrooms, but very small common area with only a mini fridge. Host is VERY slow to respond and won't really ever give a direct answer. Almost seemed like a bot or something. So, if you need to make any changes, good luck. That being said, the actual hotel staff was helpful, friendly, and easy to deal with. They offer to show you a sister property, but were not pushy at all when I declined. I love that. They were also good about working with our stroller delivery service. Valet staff is efficient and does a great job. Also note, there is no longer a bus stop that goes to Disney out front...there is one that's about 10 min walk. All in all, I would stay here again, but I would probably not go through thia host.”

“I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room. Also it was larger than I expected with a nicely stocked kitchenette so that was a pleasant surprise. Really I wanted a pool and hot tub stay near Disney+Knott's and this checked the boxes at a decent cost. (There was two hot tubs so that's cool). Would stay again. Get directions to Peacock Suites, NOT the street address or you'll be lost.”

“The person staying in the room with me arrived first and even though I went through the AI connection to try to get the name changed on the room, my guest was not allowed in; she had to wait 4.5 hours until I arrived. When I got there the hotel staff were unconcerned about how this affected our time there. The person trying to get me to go to a time share presentation told me I should be happy; to forget about my friend's difficulties and just get happy. The first night, I was awakened at 4 AM by a young lady crying and screaming in the hallway. What looked like her belongings were covering the hallway and she was screaming over and over, "I don't know why you are doing this to me." This went on for 30-40 minutes. When I came back from the first day of my conference the sink in the kitchenette area had backed up and there was black substance all over it. When I went down to tell the desk staff, once again there was no, "Oh, I am so sorry this happened to you." Not thru”
