“Staying at this place was very nice. But we never knew what type of place we're going to get, but we ended up getting a really nice condo. very clean and spacious for a couple.”

“Pros: large condo, single story with nice updates and furniture Cons: not ready for 4 pm check in - was not ready until close to 5 pm. We could hear every noise from the screaming children in the unit next door.”

“This place has the potential to receive 5 stars. The location is great, there are nice amenities, and the unit is spacious. However, the unit was not cleaned well. There was lots of dust and dirt on the floors and crumbs on the couch upon our arrival. We communicated with staff and they sent someone out to clean while we left the unit. Yet when we returned there was no visible difference in the cleanliness. They sent someone out again the next day and we also expressed our concerns in person. Though the unit was eventually cleaned, no one followed up to see if it actually was cleaned or if we were satisfied.”
