“The concierge and the rest of the staff had minimal knowledge about the surrounding area. The room appeared to look “clean” upon entry and then soon noticed it had mold on the base boards, thick black mold and dead centipedes in the track of the sliding glass door, room was not cleaned or given fresh towels daily and it smelled like mold/grey water after the first day. The toilet was running and not fixed when notified of the problem, soap scum in the shower and the shower door didn’t close all the way. They charged for WiFi at the daily rate of $20, when the posting made it appear as if WiFi was included. The facility did not look like the picture at all, they indicated that the bed was a queen and not the hideaway full-size bed that it actually was. Will never stay here again and 10/10 NOT RECOMMEND!”

“Place was perfect for a family of 2. Murphy bed was too soft for me but good for my wife. Kitchenette was adequate...fridge was a good size and the 2 burner stove did its job. Had an issue with the dryer working, but maintenance fixed it within an hour. Just a hassle after coming back from a long cruise and needing to do some laundry ASAP. Only issue was that the Airbnb reservation stated a 10am checkout time but the resort stated a 11am checkout time. When I messaged the host for clarification, I did not receive a response.”

“Great stay! Lovely property, very clean and safe. Murphy bed was easy to use. This property is a timeshare, so when you check in, be prepared to be offered incentives for listening to the sales pitch. We declined everything and that was fine- no pressure. The one issue is that WiFi in our unit is only available as a PAID option for $9.95/day. There is nothing in walking distance, but the freeway is just 5 minutes away. We would stay there again and enjoyed restaurants, shopping, and Universal Studios a short drive away.”
