Enjoy Unique Stays
4.79Visit website
Enjoy Unique Stays's guest rating of 4.79 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Cozy and peaceful spot for a short family getaway. Easy to access, close to Mentone, communicative host. Would recommend!”airbnb

“This was the 26th Airbnb I have stayed at. The location is great. The entry is easy. The Airbnb is clean and spacious. Buyer beware though… there were no cups. No towel racks in one bathroom. The loft where the bed is contains a LARGE air handler right next to the bed, which they don’t show in the pictures. It’s loud. I would feel bad for anyone sleeping up there. The “queen” pull out couch is a loveseat. No way that’s a queen bed. Most important… read the fine print. I asked to check in early. I was told that there would be a fee if they could even get us in early. In Niles, MI? We literally couldn’t get in until 4pm sharp. I never in my life have heard of this. It’s a management group, not a private owner. While very nice, they’re there to make money. Do with that what you will. On the surface, this is an awesome stay. Not all Airbnbs are built the same though.”airbnb

“The place was very spacious and the property was very nice. We enjoyed the game room up top, and the kids hardly wanted to leave the bean bag chairs. The downsides were: a very musty smell in the basement level. They have 2.5 kitchens, but hardly enough cookware for 1 kitchen. The floors were uneven and broken in multiple places throughout the house. There was also a water leak in the upstairs bathroom, making its way into the main level bathroom. The pool wasn’t clean, even after Tuesday, when they claim is the pool cleaning day. The neighbors goats were also in the driveway every day, which depends on how much you like goats being around. Overall, I don’t think we would come back to this house.”airbnb

“The view was incredible! It was centrally located and there was a lot of indoor and outdoor space. In general, it was well decorated. The kitchen was stocked for basic cooking needs. The unit was not exactly as pictured. For instance, the listing had stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. However, they were actually black. The listing also mentioned that a sauna and hot tub would be installed by our stay and it was not. Communication with the host was particularly challenging. Responses often seemed AI generated and did not answer the question.”airbnb

“Beautiful location. It was my birthday so it was nice to have family memories to cherish. I think the owners could do better with a local realtor. There is no big bath tub has I had hoped for. My autistic child enjoys large bath tubs to play in. Slow to respond to calls. The water pressure isn't the best. The bunk bed room was adorable. The hot tub was great and relaxing.”airbnb

“House was missing flooring in bathrooms, paint cracking/falling at ceiling, pool was not filtered well, 1/2”+ gaps under exterior door, musty smell, and humidity issues that were obvious in the basement. Kitchen was below typical for airbnb cooking amenities. Couldn’t finish our stay due to air quality and left for another home a couple hours away with availability. Dehumidifier place behind a kitchen to drain into it. Neighbors have 50+ vehicles in their junk yard and their goats run loose. Pictures appear a bit dated. Contact system appears automated since once we stated we left we still received irrelevant emails as if we were still there.”airbnb

“I would have loved to give 5 stars but honestly cannot. The host uses an international 3rd party company for customer service and they were extremely rude when I called for assistance with finding the cabin. Spending your hard earned money to get treated that way is highly disappointing and ruined the start of my trip which was supposed to be a special treat after an exhausting week at work. Otherwise the cabin was nice, although it could have used a more thorough cleaning. There was hair everywhere throughout the home (bathroom & pillow cases), dead flies in the kitchen cabinets and the shower also does not drain very well. If outsourcing help, please ensure sure they are efficient and kind to your guests.”airbnb

“The house was fine minus the express way noise that you can hear at night or while outside. Cleaners were still there at check in. Found a thumbtack in the carpet of my son’s room. Sticky tape in the carpet of another room. Hair on cabinets, trash on floor next to kitchen table. Had to flip the breaker when microwave stopped working. And please pay attention to the fact that the hot tub is shared with the house next door.”airbnb

“I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy, let alone anyone traveling with a family. We arrived while grieving a death in the family and still trying to manage work, only to spend the first 30 minutes just trying to locate the building because the directions were useless and the host was unreachable. When we finally got in, the unit had no heat. I have a 4-month-old baby, and staying in a freezing unit is a safety hazard, not a "minor inconvenience." I reported this within 24 hours, asking for a repair or a relocation. Instead of help, we were told there was nowhere else to go and forced to wait until 8 PM for a representative named Jessica—who simply told us to repeat the troubleshooting steps we had already tried. Because the host failed to provide a basic habitable environment, we were forced to find other accommodations while already dealing with a family crisis. They have exterior cameras that prove we weren't even staying there because of the lack of heat, yet getting”airbnb

“The host was not nice and was part of a firm they didn’t won’t to help make up for our booking when we got there and it didn’t look like it had been cleaned in long time there was mold in the basement we didn’t carry anything in luckily cause found some huge roches and bugs”airbnb
