Enjoy Unique Stays

Enjoy Unique Stays's guest rating of 4.79 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

The only positives about this property are the beautiful location & the ability to accommodate a large group. Would not recommend staying here.😑 We rented 4 cabins for a family reunion and multiple cabins had significant maintenance issues. Two cabins had extremely low water pressure & unreliable hot water, with showers either scalding hot or ice cold & hot water running out quickly. Guests had to use other cabins to shower. We reported these issues on the first full day & despite multiple follow-ups, NO repairs were ever made & no refund issued. We also experienced a mini split leaking water overnight, a bathroom light that randomly shut off, a broken Keurig, only 2 working stove burners in cabin 3, broken doors/windows, missing closet rods & no hose to rinse off sand. The property had rusty nails + broken glass in areas where children played. The cabins appeared poorly maintained, outdated & not thoroughly cleaned, with smelly linens & only 1 towel per guest. Skip this place. 👎

What a complete let down. AC doesn't cool down loft or get wifi up there. You can hear everythinj from neighbors. shower is not near big enough. Then you realize this is ran by a corporation and you call and get someone in another country. This place was horrible!

The property itself is beautiful and has an amazing view, which is what initially attracted us to it. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing due to the cleanliness of the Airbnb Cottage #5. When we arrived, the place was not clean and we ended up having to do cleaning ourselves. The bedsheets appeared dirty and had an odor, so we used our own blankets to make do for the night. The bathroom was also not cleaned. And the kitchen had left over trash. We had originally planned and paid to stay for three days, but because of the condition of the property, we only stayed one night and decided to leave early. The location and views are wonderful, and the property has a lot of potential. However, the cleaning and overall preparation of the Airbnb need significant improvement to provide guests with a comfortable stay.

STAY AWAY! This place is the most disgusting, filthy Airbnb I’ve seen yet. I’m astonished that Airbnb would put their name behind this! Right when I pulled in, I could feel something was off. They do not maintain or keep up anything on their property! There were potholes in the horseshoe driveway, garbage laying around, things that should be in a storage were laying out. There was dirt all over the patio furniture, the door was greasy with lots of fingerprints. Dirt, sand, hairs in beds, table wasn’t wiped down, in between stove and cabinets were huge food crumbs and black slime, broken cabinet pulls, food in sink, soap dispensers greasy, bathroom unbelievably filthy! Toilet nasty, sink and tub gross 🤢 furniture looked like it was picked up off a curb, beds were not made properly, remote had crud all over, knobs and doors need wiping down, infested with flies and dead bugs laying all around. Dust all over everything. This was the most repulsive “Airbnb” I’ve ever seen! Ruined plans!

House was missing flooring in bathrooms, paint cracking/falling at ceiling, pool was not filtered well, 1/2”+ gaps under exterior door, musty smell, and humidity issues that were obvious in the basement. Kitchen was below typical for airbnb cooking amenities. Couldn’t finish our stay due to air quality and left for another home a couple hours away with availability. Dehumidifier place behind a kitchen to drain into it. Neighbors have 50+ vehicles in their junk yard and their goats run loose. Pictures appear a bit dated. Contact system appears automated since once we stated we left we still received irrelevant emails as if we were still there.

The house was fine minus the express way noise that you can hear at night or while outside. Cleaners were still there at check in. Found a thumbtack in the carpet of my son’s room. Sticky tape in the carpet of another room. Hair on cabinets, trash on floor next to kitchen table. Had to flip the breaker when microwave stopped working. And please pay attention to the fact that the hot tub is shared with the house next door.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy, let alone anyone traveling with a family. We arrived while grieving a death in the family and still trying to manage work, only to spend the first 30 minutes just trying to locate the building because the directions were useless and the host was unreachable. When we finally got in, the unit had no heat. I have a 4-month-old baby, and staying in a freezing unit is a safety hazard, not a "minor inconvenience." I reported this within 24 hours, asking for a repair or a relocation. Instead of help, we were told there was nowhere else to go and forced to wait until 8 PM for a representative named Jessica—who simply told us to repeat the troubleshooting steps we had already tried. Because the host failed to provide a basic habitable environment, we were forced to find other accommodations while already dealing with a family crisis. They have exterior cameras that prove we weren't even staying there because of the lack of heat, yet getting

This was a very disappointing stay. We weren’t assigned a cabin number upon arrival, and the access code provided was incorrect, leaving my family waiting outside for quite a while before we could get help. Once inside, the cabin was not clean—dirty restrooms, stained towels, broken blinds, and a couch that smelled strongly like feces. The dishwasher also didn’t work. Most concerning, there were rat droppings in both upstairs bedrooms, which my children noticed. We also had to buy cleaning supplies and clean the cabin ourselves just to feel comfortable. On top of that, the listing photos were misleading—not as described. Very out dated. Overall, a very poor experience. I would not stay here again or recommend it.
