“Place was clean and had good amenities like dishes, soaps, etc. a few things were broken (light in master) and the air conditioner in main room was noisy. Otherwise, looked like description and staff was easy to contact. Staff is not local and suggestions for things to do were for Chattanooga which is a good 45 min. We spent time closer to the location in mentone and Desoto state park. Some info on this area should be provided too.”

“This was place was nice and cozy! Only problem we had was that there were a ton of stink bugs in the house the whole weekend. Like at least thirty of them around the house.”

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Communication prompt. The unit was cute and in a fun location, especially convenient for a Notre Dame game. We did run into a couple of issues, but they weren't make-or-break for us. The check-in time was 4:00 pm, but when we arrived at 4:00, the cleaner was still in the middle of cleaning the unit. Thankfully, we found a cute little bookstore around the corner that we were able to spend our time there until it was ready for us (about 30-45 mins later). Also, the walls are paper-thin, and you're able to hear *everything* next door. We also ran into an issue where the smoke detectors beeped...around 9 PM at night when we had gotten back to the unit, and we called the number given. They were prompt to answer and directed us to take the batteries out and remove the smoke detectors from the wall. That solved the problem of the continual chirping. In spite of those issues, we would stay there again.”

“We enjoyed our one night stay at the cabin. It is definitely an older classic cabin feel that has inviting touches like greenery and lighting on the ceilings. When you walk in, it smells like an old house (nothing wrong with that; nostalgic for some). There are two ductless units—one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Since temperatures were in the upper 60s, the units did not want to blow much air so it was a little stagnant. Utilizing the fan helped. If you are looking for more of a “glamping” experience, then that wouldn’t bother you. The bed was comfy. The kitchen was well-equipped. It was a short walk to the playground; however, there was a strong sewage smell so we didn’t stay long. Overall, cute place for a night just slightly pricy.”

“This house in Chattanooga was in an unsafe and noisy area. The house was unclean with stains and hairs as we arrived as well.”

“Despite an abrupt interruption the last night from the fire alarms malfunctioning (had to call the cops), the place was as described and clean. Sleeps 6 but only seats 4/5 comfortably.”

“We didn’t stay. couldn’t find the cabin it has another name. Needs to be taken off Airbnb until it’s rectified. They didn’t answer the phone until we drove off. Not paying”

“horrible horrible experience in this Airbnb the pillow cases was filled with pet hair and the blankets and the toilet was so dirty stain all over inside the toilet my daughter couldn't even use it I recommend noone to get this place plus they charged me 300 that place is not worth 50 a night so small only one bed thats about it I really regret getting that place.”

“When we arrived we couldn’t find the place because every cabin had a car at it like it was occupied so we couldn’t find our cabin for 30 minutes. We knocked on the door and the house cleaners were watching tv at 12:30 am in the morning, which is the time we arrived. And the floors were so strong with bleach smell where they had just mopped and floors were wet. Also the hot tub was cold because they had just drained the water. Honestly who cleans rooms at midnight and drains the hot tub, so the water was only 86F.”

“★★☆☆☆ The tiny home itself is cute, but unfortunately this was not the relaxing stay we were hoping for. The property is more a corporate rental operation than a hosted Airbnb experience. All airbnb communication was clearly automated/chat bot messages, rules posted throughout the cabin, and important info such as check-in/check-out procedures not being clearly communicated. There were several maintenance and setup issues during our stay. An upstairs TV had not been properly set up and required us to spend time registering and configuring it ourselves. A blue light in the bedroom closet and the bright AC display made it difficult to keep the bedroom dark at night. The bedroom light and fan also unexpectedly turned on by themselves early in the morning, waking us up. The cabin could also use additional towel storage, especially for groups using the hot tub. On top of that, confusion around the property's time zone made checkout more stressful than it needed to be.”
