“Beautiful location and private cabin! Overall, we enjoyed our stay. However, it rained from the first night until the second morning and while unfortunate weather does happen, the worst part was the constant noise from even the slightest drizzle of rain. Tin roof and no insulation. We couldn't hear the TV over the rain even with it turned way up. My daughter woke up the first night in the loft and was frightened by the loud sound of the rain. It sounded like it was pouring even when there was a slight drizzle. Nothing could muffle the sound except for going in the bedroom and closing the door but even then you could still hear it. I don't usually write a less than 4-5 star review but I wanted to make sure others were aware. On the off chance that there is rain on your stay, be prepared for the noise. It was very overstimulating. I think the listing should have warned us about this and if it had, I would have given this 4-5 stars instead.”

“We enjoyed our one night stay at the cabin. It is definitely an older classic cabin feel that has inviting touches like greenery and lighting on the ceilings. When you walk in, it smells like an old house (nothing wrong with that; nostalgic for some). There are two ductless units—one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Since temperatures were in the upper 60s, the units did not want to blow much air so it was a little stagnant. Utilizing the fan helped. If you are looking for more of a “glamping” experience, then that wouldn’t bother you. The bed was comfy. The kitchen was well-equipped. It was a short walk to the playground; however, there was a strong sewage smell so we didn’t stay long. Overall, cute place for a night just slightly pricy.”

“This was a really cute little cabin with an amazing location. I will say the minute I walked in though the air felt damp. The bedding felt damp and wet it was kinda gross. I think a dehumidifier would benefit the cabin. The floors and table tops felt sticky the air was so damp.”

“Great place! The downside on this trip was that we only stayed one night. The whole property just felt "comfortable". We could both feel it as soon as we pulled in. We will definitely be back!”

“This was a girls weekend get away and the house was perfect for it. Stunning views, basic supplies provided and plenty of coffee which is nice! Location was easy to get to downtown Saluda and 25 minutes to Hendersonville. Hot tub, sauna, beautiful accommodations made it a wonderful trip.”
