“Cleanliness was not great. Sheets were not clean-had literal crusted unmentionables. Kids had black feet and knees from walking and crawling on the floors. Couch had smears of food. Location was fine, in that it was accessible to areas downtown. But the location of the home wasn’t great—neighbors fighting, homeless people wandering, fireworks at night.”
