Enjoy Unique Stays in Greenbush, Michigan

“The view was absolutely beautiful! As for the cottage itself, unfortunately, we did notice several issues during our stay. We found a stain on one of the duvet covers, and plastic silverware had been left on the window ledge. The overhead lights on the headboards in both bedrooms were not plugged in, and the cords were inaccessible, so we were unable to use them. We also noticed a leak underneath the kitchen sink while doing the dishes. The shower was another issue—the water would change from hot to cold just seconds after turning it on and remained cold, leaving everyone having to take a freezing-cold shower. Overall, while we really enjoyed the beautiful view, the cottage had several maintenance and cleanliness issues that took away from the experience.”

“We took our family here short notice for a beach get away. The place is exactly as described, right on the sandy beach. Everything worked out as planned. While the other cabins are close by, there was no impact to us and we enjoyed the stay very much. It helped that the weather was great for our stay! Able to have a camp fire at night, and lay on the beach during the day. We cooked our breakfast at the site, and drove to lunch and dinner.”

“We had a wonderful, memorable weekend at the cabin in Greenbush! Clean, cozy, and homey and had everything you need for a weekend up north. Perfect description! Although the weather was colder and rainy, it was awesome being right on Lake Huron! Beautiful sandy beach, it was our first time taking our toddler to a Great Lake! We enjoyed going to Tawas and Huron national forest, both super close. We will be back, had a blast thanks so much.”

“we arrived at four oclock for check in and the place was still being cleaned. the exterior of the buildings were extremely run down, dirty and poorly maintained. our air conditioning unit was laying on the ground where it appeared to have fallen off the exterior wall. we had one window unit for the entire building. night one there was sand in both of our beds. they brought fresh sheets the next day so we had to sleep on the top of the beds night one.the light in the bathroom was broken and the door did not close all the way or lock. our stove/oven also malfunctioned. when we informed the host of our issues they maintained that the “light does work” and sent standard lightbulbs via doordash that don’t work with the fixture. no sponge to do dishes they require you to do before check out,no hand soap. no shower products as advertised. they did bring these items after we requested. overall very underwhelmed. many other options on lake huron and we recommend you avoid this large corporation”
