“I honestly think the best part of this place is the location. My husband and son didn’t love the food at ASV and I literally could make then breakfast, run it to them, and be back within 5 minutes. Same with lunch. You can not beat the location. The hosts were super sweet and helpful. The air is window units and we like it cold, and it worked just fine! In fact, I was cold at night!!!! You can also see the fireworks from the house.”

“I can’t say enough about our stay! I wish we spent more time but the tournament keeps you busy. Excellent communication and super CLEAN house! We were there for Cooperstown tournament and this house was fully stocked! They thought of everything and more…they even left a few pins to trade! So thoughtful. Beds, linens and towels felt fresh and new. Huge backyard and so close to All Star Village. You can’t go wrong here. House was so clean and comfy. We will definitely be back next year!”

“This a great place for a family going to CASV or just to visit the area. Close to the downtown area to grab some food and the shopping centers just across the highway. It’s an older house so it has some charm. The Owner was very nice and responsive. Would definitely recommend this stay to a family looking for something centrally located to everything in Oneonta.”

The management company was extremely helpful, the house had everything we needed. The view was spectacular. We didn’t have time to use the lake toys, but we were able to enjoy the peninsula for a quick swim in the lake. A heartfelt thank you 🙏”

“Apple tree was a great quaint little place 5 minutes from Cooperstown Dream park. Great little porch to sit out and enjoy your morning coffee. Host thought of everything to make our stay comfortable including little snacks and supplies. We would definitely stay again when going back to Cooperstown.”
