“Location was great! I missed in the listing that the owners lived on site ( maybe I overlooked ) Completely caught off guard when the owners were in the driveway showing us where to park. Not a bad experience .. just something new for us. The family were all great everyone was super friendly. Parking next to owners cars on other side of house and walking around there entire house was just different. I was under the impression if I can hear the owners and family/ kids they can also hear us which was a little uncomfortable but not horrible Place was clean, had everything we needed but the bed was horrible! It felt like it had plywood under it and was honestly the worst bed I’ve ever layed on. I attempted the couch one night bc it was that bad ! Overall good experience with a great location very close to dream park.”

“Casa Vista really did have a beautiful view, especially in the early morning. We were skeptical after reading a review about an odor from the water, but we were pleasantly surprised with this home. No issues at all with the water. Actually, the water is clearly treated and feels soft on the skin after a shower. The only critique was the size of the home feeling slightly small for a family of 4, and with 1 bathroom, but we still enjoyed our stay very much. We were sad to leave. If we return to the area, we would consider staying here again.”

“We were one of the few families visiting Cooperstown for something other than baseball. What a perfect location for our family to stay. The management company was extremely helpful, the house had everything we needed. The view was spectacular. We didn’t have time to use the lake toys, but we were able to enjoy the peninsula for a quick swim in the lake. A heartfelt thank you 🙏”

“Breezy Hills was a perfect 10. The location is excellent, very close to both the ballpark and town of Cooperstown. It was nice being able to come back to the room between games. It has an amazing view and we enjoyed sitting on the back porch listening to the birds each morning. We didn't plan to do a lot of cooking but were able to fix a few things for my picky daughter and store essentials in the fridge or dry goods. The owners were easy to contact and the house was very clean. It is perfect for a couple or a family of 3.”
