“The house was perfect for our stay while our son was playing in Cooperstown. The back yard was plenty big enough for my 5 year old to run around and play as well. We also left a couple of items behind and Phil and Kelly shipped it all we had to pay was the shipping cost. I will definitely recommend their place to our baseball friends who plan on traveling there in the future.”

“We had an incredible week long stay at this beautiful cottage. If you are in town for baseball, this place can't be beat...close to the main parks, local sights and nearby towns for all your needs. The lake setting is gorgeous and peaceful, providing a perfect respite after long days of baseball. Inside, the home is modern, beautifully outfitted, comfortable and spotless. The hosts truly thought of everything one might need, were wonderfully welcoming and communicative. We felt right at home the whole week. Highly recommended!”

We've rented many Airbnbs over the years, and this home was absolutely immaculate, not a speck of dust anywhere. The house looked brand new. The location was perfect, just a short drive to Dreams Park and close to several great restaurants, making it incredibly convenient throughout our stay. Phillip and Kelly met us when we arrived and were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They took the time to show us around the house and explain all of the amenities, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.
