This house has so much to offer! We loved the huge kitchen where everyone could dine around the large table. Plenty of seating for simultaneous board games. It sleeps 10 people extremely comfortably. The house was extremely well equipped with spices, coffee pots, cooking tools, dishes, and first aid supplies! The children loved catching frogs and salamanders in the pond and playing ping pong, corn hole, and foosball. We also made smores one night. My nephew was playing baseball at Dreams Park, so we were there every day. It was only a 15-minute drive through the beautiful countryside. A few minutes more and you were in Cooperstown where there are plenty of restaurants and ice cream shops. We will definitely stay there again if my grandson plays there next year.

The location was perfect for our trip to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Close enough to the fields that it was easy to drive back and forth between games. Being on the river there were kayaks, fishing and wildlife to keep us entertained. Plenty of space and activities.

Our stay at Moonlight Graham Archie was perfect! The ease of access to our son's games at Cooperstown Dreams Park was unmatched. With rain delays, time between games, etc. it made for the perfect location. My daughter especially enjoyed the pool, yard with wiffle ball field & horseshoe pit! There is also a great mini golf/ice cream spot right across the street. The house set up was perfect. We stayed with our daughter and my in-laws. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms, and everything felt just like home. The hosts were responsive and helpful, and left a wonderful added treat of delicious cookies from a local bakery upon check in. I'd recommend this house in a heart beat!

Cozy as advertised, the one-bedroom near Cooperstown Dreams Park was a quiet retreat. The small farm setting made it feel peaceful and welcoming. Kevin the pig was an absolute highlight—such a great greeter. The room matched the description, and was comfortable. Overall, a nice stay with warm touches.
