“The property itself was nice and matched the listing, and overall our stay was enjoyable. However, the arrival and check-in process was much more stressful than it needed to be. My biggest recommendation is that all check-in and arrival instructions be provided several days before arrival rather than being sent when guests land. Receiving a large volume of instructions and messages upon arrival made it difficult to prepare ahead of time and added unnecessary stress to the start of the trip. It was also not clear until arrival that we would need to go to a separate location to locate a drop box and retrieve access materials. Knowing this beforehand would have allowed us to plan accordingly and avoid confusion. Additionally, guests should be aware that building security is generally unable to assist with Airbnb-related issues. If you book through Airbnb rather than directly through Compass, security will refer you back to the host/property management team, who are not on-site. This ca”

“Overall, the experience was okay. The location of the condo was nice, and we really enjoyed the lazy river. However, it did close earlier than expected, and the gentleman working at night was extremely rude to my husband. As for the condo itself, the floors were extremely dirty. The very first day, just walking around barefoot caused our feet to become noticeably dirty. There was a Keurig machine available, but no coffee, sugar were provided, even for guests bringing their own pods. The layout of the condo was nice, and there was plenty of space for sleeping arrangements. However, the master bedroom did not have adequate window coverings to block out the sunlight. As soon as the sun rose, the room became extremely bright and very hot, making it virtually impossible to sleep past sunrise. The master bed was also extremely hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. the front door does not shut properly unless it is slammed or allowed to slam on its own.”

“The view was amazing,the location was perfect for restaurants and shopping and the condo was adequately cleaned. The beds were very comfortable but the living room furniture is definitely not good for sitting and needs replaced and they could use some cushions for the balcony furniture. Staff were friendly and helpful.”

“The Panama City San Vincente St. house- Upon arrival the house seemed perfect for us. As I walked through I noticed alot of built up dust on fans, vents, door jams, etc. I was satisfied with the house otherwise so I chose not to complain. However, we had no hot water our entire stay. We complained multiple times about this and it was fixed on our very last day there. We had a house full of family and babies that we had to boil hot water just to bathe them. On our last day there, we had a wedding to attend, which was the reason for our trip. We had to rent a hotel just to all be able to take a hot shower. Maintenance replaced a part on the hot water heater on Monday late afternoon and no one even notified us it was fixed. I asked host for some type of compensation for the inconvenience and they just never responded. Airbnb contacted them with no response either. This put the biggest damper on our vacation and a complete waste of money.”

“We were very upset with the conditions of this unit. Spent more time on the phone with them than we did at the beach. Only thing nice about this place was the view. Doesn’t look like the pictures, balcony furniture missing, not clean, very outdated, broken furniture, sheets weren’t washed had urine and puke on them. Pillows look like they were 20 years old with long s of stains. Called the after hours number only to find out no one could bring us bedding to sleep on had to go buy our own. Said they would send someone out to clean the next day but no one ever showed up. We had to clean it ourselves because it was so nasty. Mold in the shower very disgusting. We travel a lot and this was the worst place we have ever stayed. The smell in the unit would knock you down just walking in the door. This place needs a complete makeover before renting out again. Definitely need to hire better cleaning staff.”

“This place is basically a hotel without room service and Four Season prices!! This is what happens when companies procure these properties and third party the service. It leaves you with...Terrible Service! Then, the 3rd party had to recommend a 4th party to look t the WiFi and cable. You couldn’t even do that!! My 48 yr old wife passed and I missed our usual rental. My 17 yr old, whom I’m trying to raise in shoes I cannot fill, brought his friends and we couldn’t watch the NCAA basketball championship the 1st night because we had no WiFi. They had to go to a friends place. Then was costed and detained by security and threatened jail if they left????!!!! WOW! The balcony has waaaaaaay too much furniture. Tables and chairs had to stacked and stacked and shoved to one side of the balcony for room to stand and/or sit comfortably! There are 4 tables with chairs!! Plus a ton of. Xtra chairs and side tables! Now, the signs n room! Tighter rules, less amemitities, higher cost. Laststa”

“I wish I could say I was happy with this day. If you were going to be staying here prepared to be bringing everything you need!! They just have a reg. Coffee pot,but they don’t provide coffee filters. Or coffee. … no salt no pepper two pods to do laundry and two to do dishes. I would definitely not recommend this place if you’re going be there for more than 3 days. I was there almost a week. No trash bags were provided. No instructions on what to do with the trash. Communication was extremely disappointing. There were curtain, rods, broken, and wet boards behind the bed. I wish I could say more, but I could go on and on. I definitely will not be staying here again. I will go with the people who rent the properties next to us. Same building way better amenities if you’re going to just be there for the weekend, go ahead, but remember, they do not have staples in the kitchen or anything for you… if you want your coffee out of a Keurig, you must bring your own and pods. Highly unsatisfied.”

“We had a terrible experience with this rental. The place was missing pots/pans, a coffee maker, a microwave. It didn’t match the photos at all. There was unfinished maintenance such as exposed electrical units. We needed to cancel our stay due to concerns and would not recommend this listing to anyone.”
