“We were thoroughly pleased with our choice. W504 was inviting, clean and very comfortable. It is conveniently located right off the elevators, yet absolutely quiet. AC, hot water, & water pressure all top notch. Bed was very comfortable, slept great! Although, we didn’t cook during our stay adequate dishware/cookware was available. We enjoyed the peacefulness & security the resort provided. Gated community. Would definitely stay again.”

“Overall our stay was great! This was the first time staying at the Summit where we had to check in at the office and pay for our parking passes & get wristbands. Every other time, parking passes were in the room with our wristbands & included in the rental rate, not additional fee of $27 per parking passes, so that was odd and a bit time consuming as the office at the Summit was busy! The location is perfect and easily walkable to many restaurants. The condo was clean and as pictured. The only recommendation I have would be to update the bathroom shower as it’s very outdated and dirty looking due to its age. It’s been ages since I’ve used a faucet like that.”

“This condo was a great choice and a great price. Everything was as described and clean. The host was responsive and helpful. We could smell marijuana from the balcony for part of our stay but that is nothing on the host, just a detail we thought was worth sharing but my wife and I enjoyed our stay and the amazing sunset views from the balcony.”

“Be very very aware that you will need to purchase everything for your stay….all toilet paper, dishwasher pods, detergent, condiments, etc as nothing is provided. Really hard when you’re flying in and not even salt and pepper is included. Clean condo but the whole week could hardly open the sliding door to the deck. Very hard living on the track.”

“very disappointed with cleanliness, however had appearance of clean. Microwave handle broken, dirty pan in oven, needed to mop floor twice to feel clean, appearance of feces smear on shower curtain. Blankets in closet not clean. However when things were reported they responded promptly to make them right.”
