“We had a good stay overall and really enjoyed our beach vacation here. The views were beautiful, especially from the master bedroom, and having the beach within walking distance made for a very relaxing trip. The couches were also incredibly comfortable. A couple of things could be improved. Parking was challenging, and the few times we left the property, it was difficult to find a spot when we returned. The master bedroom gets a lot of direct sun, which made that room noticeably warmer than the rest of the condo. Additionally, the cookware could use an upgrade, as the nonstick coating on the pans no longer works well and food tends to stick. Despite those minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the beautiful views and convenient beach access.”

“Overall our stay was great! This was the first time staying at the Summit where we had to check in at the office and pay for our parking passes & get wristbands. Every other time, parking passes were in the room with our wristbands & included in the rental rate, not additional fee of $27 per parking passes, so that was odd and a bit time consuming as the office at the Summit was busy! The location is perfect and easily walkable to many restaurants. The condo was clean and as pictured. The only recommendation I have would be to update the bathroom shower as it’s very outdated and dirty looking due to its age. It’s been ages since I’ve used a faucet like that.”

“very disappointed with cleanliness, however had appearance of clean. Microwave handle broken, dirty pan in oven, needed to mop floor twice to feel clean, appearance of feces smear on shower curtain. Blankets in closet not clean. However when things were reported they responded promptly to make them right.”
