Best Beach Getaways in Panama City, Florida

“It was our first time staying here. We are usually at the Calypso and we wanted to try a quieter resort. With the prices being around the same price we tried you all out. 😁 The condo was lovely. Perfect floor. And the elevators worked great. 😁It has plenty of utensils and dishes. All kinds of stuff for the beach and board games. The beds were comfortable. There are a few things though that could definitely use some TLC. We had a rod fall out in the bunk room that was being held in place with tinfoil. Also, our two teenagers were not even able to sleep in the bunk room because it gets that hot. We had two fans for them and it did not cool it off. I let the maintenance know a few times and no one ever came to check on it. So the bunk room wasn’t able to be slept in. Some of the shower curtains need to be changed out because of mold. . There was mold above the shower in the master bathroom. Broken handles on dressers. Little things. 😁”

“We truly enjoyed our stay! The view is amazing! The only downfall for us was there was only one working elevator; however, other than that it was perfect!”

“Great place to stay only downfall was the morning that we checked out all the elevators were down and had to walk down the stairs to get out.”

“It’s a nice place with an incredible view, but I think they need to clean a bit more thoroughly; the coffee maker doesn't work; I sent a message to let them know but never got a reply. There weren't enough trash bags for the kitchen, and there was no salt or sugar for cooking, I've been to other places that do include these two items. Also, the refrigerator doesn't cool well enough. and the air conditioning doesn't cool very much either.”

“DO NOT STAY HERE! gold fish under sofa - No drinking water (had to go out and get water late at night) - Sheets were filthy (had to go to Walmart and buy new ones) - Pee and hair on the toilet - Unit smelt like mildew (had to go buy candle’s) - it was my best friends 30th birthday and we woke up on Saturday morning all stuffy and not feeling well - Tried to get ahold of someone to resolve issues and didn’t have someone try to resolve it until we were gone the next day - Had to get another hotel room at a high rate because of last min booking on a very high traffic weekend because of the fishing tournament. Asked for a refund for this terrible experience and was denied. Airbnb is now working to resolve my issue because Best Beach Getaways is awful at customer service and refusing to refund me for the issues as we did not stay in the unit and had to leave.”
