Great location and a nice unit, undercut by cleanliness and interruptions. The good: beach access is as described, the water park was excellent, and the condo is more spacious than the photos suggest. Garage parking sits close to the unit, which made loading and unloading with a baby much easier. The issues: the floors were dirty on arrival. Our feet and our crawling baby's were black after the first night. That's the kind of thing that shouldn't be missed on turnover. We also had maintenance in and out more than half a dozen times across a three-night stay, including someone knocking at 11pm wanting bathroom access in rooms where people were sleeping, because of an issue in the unit below us. We accommodated every visit, but it made the stay feel less like a vacation than it should have. One maintenance visit was because we requested it - two broken lights were fixed within 24 hours after we followed up a second time.

Nice location. Older furnishings/unit. Troublesome moldy/mildewy odor that exacerbated my asthma.

Not a good first ever Florida visit. Mother Nature had other plans with tropical depression the whole time. Means more time was spent around the room. The beach is up down waiting on elevators then back up. Challenge with grandkids and beach toys or wagons. Master bath tub was old. Rooms were hot at night. Over looking bay not the ocean. Parties going on late into the night. Trash shoots by elevators staying full (smells). The place was central to all locations on the strip. It may be a good stay for a group of college students but I think I will steer clear if I go back for a family. WiFi is also very slow. Was my first trip to Florida didn’t know what to expect so I guess you live and learn. Hope this review helps.

The resort itself is beautiful, and we really enjoyed the pools and the beach. The spaces inside the apartment are also just as described, and the large fridge with the ice maker was a great feature. However, several issues impacted our comfort. The floors were dirty enough that we could feel it on our feet, and the kitchen had only one pan which made us difficult to have bacon and eggs for breakfast. While the host confirmed there was a coffee maker, they didn't mention we needed to bring our own coffee filters, causing us to lose time rushing out for them the first morning. The biggest issue was the main bed, which has a massive sag/indentation that caused me severe back pain every night. Lastly, while check-out is already early at 10:00 AM, housekeeping arrived at 9:30 AM and sat by the door waiting for us to leave, making our departure uncomfortably rushed."
