“The house instructions gave a list of numbers to call if we needed anything. Every single one of the numbers were out of service or did not work. They gave us the wrong gate code. The booking said that the third room would have two twin beds, but it gave us bunkbeds (with broken drawer). The showerhead was broken and did not have much water pressure. They provided only two rolls of toilet paper for a “six day eight person” stay. There were only two trash bags provided, and we tried to call for housekeeping. The number was out of service as well.”

“I almost always give 5 star reviews. The location of this Airbnb is great, the size of the pool(no deep ends), the heated pool, and the walk to the beach are all great. The resort being ran by Vacasa is the worst thing. There were a total of 0 employees seen the entire 5 days trip. The text number you can use for assistance 1. didn’t respond to many questions 2. responded hours later 3. ran many resorts and didn’t know the specifics of this resort. The elevators (2 of 3) happen to break the day we got there and “had no plans of getting fixed any time soon”. The movie theater advertised is “broken and hasn’t been running for a while.” The condo itself was fairly outdated, the fridge didn’t shut correctly, had mold, and caused so much condensation. The TVs are all extremely old, non smart TVs. The resort is a great location to local stores/restaurants, short walk to the beach and has a heated pool. Conclusion, I’d stay at this resort again if it was privately owned and not ran by Vacasa”

“The unit was great, and exactly as described and shown in pictures. The property however, I do have some complaints about. First, the Mexican handyman was rude to my son and his friend when he thought they were at the pool alone. The second day, it rained all day so I stood in the little walkway by the pool to give the kids their lunches. The handyman told me “if ibpromised to watch my kids,” he would get me an umbrella 🤬 The following day we went down on the beach with our very own, very low beach chairs and set them right at the sand line. Within 3 mins, a guy comes to us and asks us if we reserved one of their front rows chairs bc if not we couldn’t sit there. I turned around and not a single person sitting in them. We took our stuff back behind the last rows of chairs and left them sitting while we took our towel and beach bag to the sand. Within 10 mins, the same guy comes over and tells us no personal items in front of the first row unless we reserved a chair 🤬”
