We had a nice stay! Beds weren’t very comfortable, but it wasn’t a huge deal. The location is literally perfect. So close to the beach, so our whole crew could decide to go or come back at any time without having to wait on everyone to be ready. The shuttle back and forth from the beach was a nice perk too!

The place was clean, tidy, had all the sheets and even little bags of toiletries which was nice. Easy to cook in. The location was also great. The beach had a private entrance in walking distance, and there was also a surfing school in walking distance that we tried out. Wonderful stay. My only issue was communication. Our gps took us to a neighborhood and I reached out to multiple numbers to figure out how to get in and heard back from no one. Luckily someone let us in and then we found we didn’t have to go that way. Also the dvd player didn’t have a remote and they said they had to order one. Only those two things, which in the long run were very minor to a great stay.

Nice place we'll likely try and stay at again now that we're familiar with the property. It's in Tops'l and some things aren't available to you if you book through Airbnb vs. other management companies. The only real problem I can see is the ridiculous restrictions on shelters on the beach - basically if you want to stay on the beach a few hours, just rent their chairs and umbrellas.

Our family stayed for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The only thing I was not a fan of was the Surfside resort beach. No tents or canopies allowed. We had to walk down the beach to the west to set up our canopy. Surfside resorts wants you to rent their chairs and umbrella and that’s $50 a day. Most resorts let people set up behind the chairs. This resort didn’t allow ANY. The condo it self was amazing. I would stay there again. Just a fair warning if you bring your own beach equipment like we did.

Traveled with friends who stayed at the Hilton next door. We have two small kids so we like having extra space and this place was the same price as the double queen room at the Hilton. We learned there is a blue wristband you must have to order the pool bar and swim in the heated pool. The green wristbands provided access to the unheated pool. Although there is a coffee pot, no coffee is provided. Trash can liners were provided for the bathroom trashcans, but not the large trashcans. We have stayed at several airbnbs and would say this one is okay to good.
