“Great location. Felt secluded/ peaceful yet very easy to get to beach/ town center by foot, bike or golf cart. Great restaurants and shops in the area. Great layout to the house. Plenty of space to spread out. Loved the screened in porch plus extra seating area outside. Kitchen had everything we could need. Host was very responsive to any questions/ concerns.”

“This unit has unbeatable location and views. Hard to beat for beach access and walkability to Rosemary and Peddlers Pavilion. Resort amenities are a bonus too. This is the kind of place where you dont need to get in the car once you arrive! The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and well stocked overall, and we would absolutely stay again. The only downside was that the management experience felt a bit corporate and impersonal compared to other rentals we’ve stayed in. Communication could have been more proactive, especially around check-in details, not being redirected to a different platform and a few extra touches for a beach property (more starter supplies, beach towels/chairs, recos for exploring the area, etc.) would have made the experience feel more aligned. Hospitality and details matter at this price point. Overall though, we really enjoyed our stay and loved the convenience of this location.”

“Overall the stay was okay. Perks: - Seacrest is the best private community on 30A - walkable and never had to drive - good location - management team was great and responsive Cons: - cockroaches inside house - mold in bathroom shower - dishwasher was broken underneath and there was plastic sticking out - property is not well maintained and needs updates (this is more so on the owner and not the rental property company itself) - not a good deal for the price (better deals elsewhere in Seacrest)”

“Amazing location and beautiful home! Area felt private but still super close and convenient to the middle of Rosemary town center. Walk to the beach was maybe 3 minutes, and the beach access was easy and not crowded at all. We absolutely loved staying here!”

“Beautiful house, and great linens. However only 2 trash bags were left for the entire house for 6 days and they were NOT flexible on check in or check out.”

“Great location, just minutes away from the beach. House was clean and organized. Only downside is they did not provide enough amenities like trash bags, soaps, etc… also the instructions for the beach chairs and umbrellas wasn’t clear so we had some trouble getting it set up. Nevertheless it was worth the money.”

“Amazing Airbnb location. We loved staying here and would consider staying again if we’re ever back in the area. Communication with the host was very easy. Apple Maps might take you to the wrong address so make sure you see the Dolphin Watch sign. The town is about a mile and a half away, so longer than a 4 min walk, but the location is still perfect and parking in the town wasn’t a big deal for us in April. This Airbnb doesn’t have beach essentials provided, so make sure to bring your own- towels, toys, umbrellas, cooler, etc. Our only complaint is the limited trash bags and toilet paper provided by the Airbnb. For two couples staying five days, there were two rolls of TP in each bathroom and two kitchen trash bags. For the price of this Airbnb, I didn’t like having to worry about the very basics. Other than that, we had the best, most relaxing time!”

“Overall great stay. Host was very responsive and got back to us right away when we had hot water issues and resolved the issue within a couple hours. The house is a great location and very walkable to downtown seaside and the beach. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to visit seaside.”
