We had a great time staying at this airbnb. It was perfect for our group and had everything we needed. Check in for the bracelets for pool and beach access was a bit confusing but other than that we had a great experience. Beautiful, clean house that was near the pool and a quick walk to the beach! I would return to this house again!

The house was beautiful, modern, spacious, and clean. The host did extend our check out time by an hour, so we didn’t feel as rushed and were able to get breakfast in the morning. However, the host did not do a good job of communicating and letting us know in advance that we need wristbands, where to get them, etc. It was a headache to figure this out on our own because the actual address was never shared. Also, when we asked for recommendations (e.g., beaches), they were very vague. Generally, we had to continue asking more and more follow-up questions to finally get to some answer.

It was nice it was so close to beach and shops! We tried to get an early check in but we did not receive the code until right before 4 despite calling several times.

The property is spacious and comfortably fits a family of four. There are plenty of beds, and the upstairs balcony offers a full additional living area that feels like its own private retreat. The home is located directly in front of the community pool, just steps from the front door. It’s a beautiful house overall, and the beds are very comfortable. A quick note: it can get warm inside when cooking, so keep that in mind. We absolutely loved the amount of space. Please remember to bring your own soap and a trash bags, this is also mentioned in the lease, but consider this a friendly reminder. There is no public beach in the immediate area, but you do have access to the private beach about one mile away. It’s roughly a 10–15 minute walk. For convenience, Publix is also about one mile from the property, and we recommend shopping there instead of the nearby grocery store, which is pricier. Cooking at home and enjoying the amenities is a better option than dining out.

Overall, we had a good stay. The home was clean upon arrival, and we appreciated that. However, there were a few things future guests should know. The pictures make the home appear much more spacious than it actually feels in person, especially for a larger group. We also felt that the hosts were very conservative with the supplies provided. For a group of nine staying a full week, only two garbage bags were supplied, which wasn't nearly enough. Soap and towels also felt limited, and there were no beach towels or Pack 'n Play available. One of our biggest concerns was the front door lock. The handle and lock were low enough that even our two-year-olds could easily reach, unlock, and open the door. For families with young children, this felt like a significant safety issue. Overall, the home was clean and served its purpose, but with more accurate photos, better stocking of basic necessities, and a safer door lock setup, the experience would have been much better.
