“The place itself was clean and cozy. The Rosemary Beach area was fantastic. Very walkable and great restaurants. I can’t say the same for the 30A Escapes company or the owner. The day of check in I received a message the balcony’s would not be usable during our stay. The company knew about this prior because all the balcony furniture was placed in the caged area in the parking garage. When retrieving the key to enter the place, the wrong number was provided to us and we had to figure out which cage to retrieve the key from. The elevator, was not usable and the instructions provided were incorrect. As far as amenities, no addresses were provided for the pools or fitness center. We had to use a satellite map to figure out the pool locations and only found one pool. I would 100% not recommend this place to anyone. Come to Rosemary Beach, but don’t stay at a 30A Escapes property.”
