“The property overall was a good fit for us. However, the master bedroom never got dark at night because of paper blinds, street lights and you knew when the sun came up on that end of the house. Great location but the area of the beach for this property was very confined and crowded for the number of homes, compared to other beach locations on 30a. Overall a good property”

“We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for walking and had a tram stop very close by for beach access. The house was very clean and spacious! The only downside was the communication felt very “corporate” — most responses seemed automated and not all questions were answered clearly, but that was not too much of a problem. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!”

“This unit has unbeatable location and views. Hard to beat for beach access and walkability to Rosemary and Peddlers Pavilion. Resort amenities are a bonus too. This is the kind of place where you dont need to get in the car once you arrive! The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and well stocked overall, and we would absolutely stay again. The only downside was that the management experience felt a bit corporate and impersonal compared to other rentals we’ve stayed in. Communication could have been more proactive, especially around check-in details, not being redirected to a different platform and a few extra touches for a beach property (more starter supplies, beach towels/chairs, recos for exploring the area, etc.) would have made the experience feel more aligned. Hospitality and details matter at this price point. Overall though, we really enjoyed our stay and loved the convenience of this location.”
