30A Escapes in Alys Beach, Florida

“Perfect!”

“We’ve stayed in airbnbs for most of our travels and all have been great experiences. I want to be clear about our stay here, the house was lovely and the location was perfect. That wasn’t the issue. The issue was the management company 30a escapes did no favors for this home owner. It seems that the management company was trying to save as much money as they could and didn’t provide anything that would have been expected for our stay. Only 2 rolls of tp per bathroom, laundry detergent for 3 loads, 2 trash bags in the kitchen etc. so we were tasked with buying, in addition to paying thousands of dollars for our stay, all of the things listed above just to have the things needed during our stay. They provided no beach towels, no chairs, umbrella, BEACH TOWELS so we were left to purchase hundreds of dollars of these things. And to top it off the ac didn’t work and there was nothing they could do about it after two trips of trying to fix it. This stay just wasn’t worth the money.”

“A great spot for our family of six. Our kids loved the bunk room! It was our first time at HighPointe and the convenience is fantastic. The pool was never overcrowded and the beach was a short walk. We loved it.”
